Hi love,
Welcome,
Before we begin,
Let yourself arrive here.
Rest your body,
Loosen the places that feel tight or trying.
You don't need to be calm yet,
Simply willing.
Place one hand on your heart,
And one on your belly.
Sense the quiet warmth of your own touch.
Let's take 3 grounding breaths together,
Shall we?
The pattern is simple,
Inhaling for 4,
Hold for 2,
Exhale for 6.
Breathing in through the nose,
And right back out through the nose.
Here we go,
Inhale 2,
3,
4,
Hold 2,
Exhale 2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
Amazing,
Let's do it again.
Breathe in 2,
3,
4,
Hold 2,
Breathe out 2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
One more,
In 2,
3,
4,
Hold 2,
Out 2,
3,
4,
5,
6.
Beautiful.
Feel your weight settle.
Feel the earth meeting you without conditions.
Wonderful.
Envision yourself sitting beside a sacred river,
Its surface shimmering with subtle shifting light.
The sky flickers across its drifting current.
Lower your hands into the cool moving water,
Then lift them and in real time give them a loose shake.
Go ahead,
Give your hands a good shake,
Letting the river fall from your fingertips.
Watch as the droplets return to the current,
Carrying away what no longer serves you.
Each and every ripple whispers,
It's ok to let go,
It's ok to be.
You see love,
For so long you've worked so hard,
To grow enough,
To heal enough,
To be enough for the things your heart longed for.
But love was never waiting for your perfection,
It was waiting for your permission.
With your full awareness,
Begin to curl your hands into strong,
Tight fists.
Enough strain to sense the tension gather.
Recognize what it's like to hold on to everything you've been gripping.
Take a gentle inhale,
And on the exhale,
Through the mouth,
Open your hands.
Let your fingers unfurl like petals.
Let your palms soften,
Relaxed,
Receptive,
Ready to receive.
Witness the quiet surrender in your hands.
Any tension melting down your arms,
Slipping through your fingers into the river at your side.
The current carrying it all away.
Take another soft breath in as you visualize the river channeling light up through your fingertips,
Into your arms and your chest.
Hold and breathe out,
Letting any heaviness drift downstream.
Again,
Inhale love into your heart space,
As if the river itself is breathing you.
Hold and exhale,
Loosening what no longer fits.
One more breath,
Inhale the current moves through you,
Lighting you from the inside out.
Hold it with tenderness,
And exhale,
Opening up even more.
Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm as you let this truth settle deep into your bones.
You are the vessel.
Love is already here.
Your only task is to stay open.
Silently and confidently repeat after me.
I release my grasp and trust the current.
What is meant for me already knows my name.
I receive not because I've earned it,
But because love wants to flow through me.
My open hands are my altar.
Whatever arrives,
I bless.
Whatever leaves,
I bless too.
I live as an open hand in the river of grace.
Sit with that for a moment.
Allow yourself to receive any messages that want to come through.
You can see the universe smile down upon you,
As if it has been waiting for this exact moment of subtle permission for you to stop chasing and start allowing.
When you're ready,
Invite a warm,
Soothing hum.
Notice the sound rising from your chest,
Vibrating through your heart space.
Attune to the vibration echoing through your ribs,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
And out through your open hands.
Like the river itself flowing through you.
Allow the hum to carry gratitude,
Surrender,
And love.
As the vibration fades,
Let it settle warmly in your chest.
Calmly declare to yourself once,
Twice,
Three times.
My open hands are my altar.
I live as an open hand in the river of grace.
My open hands are my altar.
I live as an open hand in the river of grace.
My open hands are my altar.
I live as an open hand in the river of grace.
Beautiful.
And so it is.
Thank you so much for joining me.
If this session resonated with you,
Feel free to share this practice with someone you love.
I hope to have you again with me very soon.
With love and light,
Wana
