As you continue to breathe in a way that is most calming to you,
I'd like you to picture a small battery inside of you,
Right below your belly button.
Go ahead and check in with yourself.

Imagine a light flexible cord extending from the base of your spine,
Gently reaching down into the earth.
Allow this connection to ground you,
Anchor you into the present.

Visualize above you,
High in the sky,
A soft glowing light,
Universal life force energy.
It's warm,
Inviting,
And overflowing with vitality.
This energy is abundant.
It never runs out,
And it's there for you any time you need it.
You just need to connect.
See this light flowing down toward you.
As it enters through the crown of your head,
Feel its warmth beginning to fill your body,
Starting with your head,
Your shoulders,
And your chest.
It is so calm and so soothing,
Like a gentle wave of light,
Easing away any tension or fatigue.
This energy continues down to your body,
Flowing through your arms,
Your torso,
Your legs,
And all the way to your toes,
Re-energizing every part of your being.
Now,
Imagine this light flowing directly into your energy battery,
Right below your belly button.
Visualize it plugging into you,
Like a phone getting connected to its charger.
Little by little,
You begin to sense your energy battery filling up with vibrant,
Uplifting energy.
With each breath,
Your energy bar rises higher and higher.
See it in your mind's eye.
As it fills,
You might experience your body becoming lighter,
Your mind clearer,
And your spirit more alive.
The energy is gentle but powerful,
Restoring your stamina,
Your focus,
And your joy.
As you see your power bar increasing steadily,
Silently affirm after me… I am connected to endless life force energy.
With every breath,
