Our world can be overwhelming, so it’s important to find moments of stillness amidst the chaos. This meditation offers a peaceful escape to help you slow down and reconnect with what’s important— to BE rather than DO. After all, rest is essential, not a luxury. Let this practice serve as a reminder that, like the natural world, you have rhythms to honor, moments of rest to embrace, and abundance to receive. Take a moment for yourself to pause, recharge, and remember that, just like nature, you don’t have to hurry. This is your time to breathe, relax, and embrace your day with a sense of calm and gratitude. Enjoy your journey and let me know how it goes.

Hello and welcome to this meditation space where you can give yourself permission to just be,

And in doing so,

Allow yourself to receive as nature intended it.

My name is Wana and I'm so delighted you're here.

Thank you for carving out this time and space for yourself.

You deserve it,

And if you happen to feel guilty for taking this time to yourself,

Here's a gentle reminder.

Many trees spend half the year in rest,

Shedding leaves and conserving energy.

Bears hibernate through the cold months,

Letting their bodies recharge.

Nature does not hustle or operate on a 9 to 5.

You don't have to either,

For you too are a part of nature.

Rest is essential and not a luxury.

I'll repeat that once more so it can really sink in.

Rest is essential,

Not a luxury.

Your body,

Like the seasons,

Has its own rhythm and cycles.

You are a part of this living world,

And sometimes you need to pause.

Just like the soil needs time to regenerate,

Or the ocean needs moments of stillness between the crashing waves.

You are a human being after all,

Not a human doing.

So you can't always be doing.

You can't always be running on a capitalistic schedule.

It's not healthy for you,

Nor our planet.

It's okay to take a break.

You deserve it.

Just as much as the stars need their quiet space in the night sky.

As Lao Tzu said,

Nature does not hurry,

Yet everything is accomplished.

So I'd like you to take these next few moments to breathe in some stillness.

For yourself,

And for our planet.

Picture yourself nestled in a beautiful,

Tranquil spot in nature.

Your body relaxing into the earth.

Feel the weight of the ground supporting you,

Holding you.

Visualize roots gently extending from your body,

Burrowing deep into the soil below,

Connecting you to the earth's steady presence.

With each deep belly breath in,

And out,

You feel more anchored and fully immersed in the now.

As you bask in this open and receptive state,

Ask yourself,

How can I breathe in a way that brings me into even greater peace and calm?

Listen and do so.

Imagine the sun's golden rays gently unfurling through the lush canopy above.

Imagine their warmth filtering through the vibrant green leaves.

Each beam drifts downward,

Wrapping you in a soft embrace.

As they touch your skin,

A quiet renewal stirs within you.

A soft pulse of energy,

A wave of calm that breathes life back into your spirit.

The light,

Tender yet powerful,

Fills you with a sense of rebirth,

Revitalizing every fiber of your being.

In this moment,

Right here,

You are both still and alive,

Bathed in the quiet majesty of nature's embrace.

All giving,

All loving.

Trust yourself to receive whatever it is you need,

In this generous moment.

There is more than enough to go around.

Softly give thanks.

Thank you,

Nature.

Thank you.

Thank you.

When you're feeling the weight of scarcity in your life,

Whether that be in time,

Money,

Relationships,

Whatever it is,

One of the best things you can do is reconnect with nature.

Nature is the ultimate truth.

Nature reflects who you truly are.

It sustains you.

Without it,

You wouldn't even be here.

Nature is a system of boundless abundance.

No tree worries about growing too tall or having one too many leaves,

Nor does it compare itself to other more slender trees as humans do.

You'll never hear a flower complain about not having enough sunshine.

Nature doesn't operate from a place of abundance.

Nature doesn't operate from a place of lack.

And neither should you.

When we immerse ourselves in nature,

Whether it's sitting quietly in the forest,

Swimming in the ocean,

Or simply grounding ourselves with bare feet on the earth,

We tap into this natural abundance.

By co-regulating with the planet's nervous system,

We're reminded of the simple truth.

There is always enough to go around.

I'd like you to now envision yourself as a drop in the massive ocean.

Each wave that rises,

Each tide that falls,

Carries the echo of a truth that calls.

Though small we may seem,

Though brief our stay,

We are the ocean in a single drop's way.

Yes,

You may be a single drop in the vast ocean of life,

But within you flows the entirety of the whole.

You are boundless and infinite in body and soul.

So with this in mind and heart,

Silently affirm after me.

Though I may be one drop,

I carry the essence of the entire ocean within me.

I am a drop in the ocean of abundance,

And within me flows infinite possibilities.

I am a powerful creator drawing upon the infinite abundance within and around me.

I trust that within me is the wisdom of the vast ocean,

Ready to guide me.

Breathe all that in.

Allow the truth of those affirmations to ripple into every last cell of your being.

Integrate them fully.

2.

Begin to follow a 2 inhale,

1 exhale breathing pattern.

Breathe in with 2 slow inhales through your nose,

Followed by a single,

Full exhale through your nose.

It goes like this.

Follow a pace that feels good to you.

You don't need to rush it or take it slow.

Tap into what feels good for you.

Feel yourself becoming more and more regulated and in alignment with your true essence.

Relax your breathing.

Calm it right down to a normal breathing pattern.

This simple practice of connecting with the rhythm of nature helps to soothe and regulate your nervous system,

Guiding you back to your natural state of balance and calm.

When we're regulated,

We're also able to make choices from a place of clarity and not fear or scarcity.

We begin to see the truth of our lives,

Not through the lens of lack,

But through the lens of plenty.

Even if our bank account isn't overflowing,

We start to notice that abundance isn't just about money.

It's about the resources,

Connections and opportunities that are always available,

Waiting to be recognized by you.

Clean drinking water,

Electricity,

Delicious food… What abundance,

Already present in your life,

Is currently being overlooked by you?

Parks,

Oceans,

Sunset strolls on the beach,

Friendships,

Furry friends,

Laughter… No matter how big or how small,

What is it?

What abundance in your life are you overlooking?

Scarcity keeps us stuck in a cycle where we block out everything that doesn't fit the story we're telling ourselves.

If you believe I don't have enough,

We completely overlook the myriad of ways we are already blessed each and every single day.

Remember,

Not everyone has access to clean drinking water,

Information available at a fingertip,

Or basic access to education.

Don't take it for granted.

When we can step out of a limiting mindset,

Even for just a moment,

We reconnect with the infinite potential all around us.

We begin to see that everything we need has been here all along,

But we were so focused on scarcity that we couldn't receive it.

So that being said,

What would shift in your life if you began to see your current circumstances not through the lens of deficiency,

But through the lens of bounty?

Recognizing the opportunities,

Resources,

And connections that have always been available to you.

What do you actually need to prosper and live well?

Not what commercialism has made you believe you are missing.

Not what you desire because others have convinced you that you are lacking.

If you don't have the latest model or trend.

Ask yourself,

How would my life change if I saw my circumstances through the lens of abundance and not scarcity?

The energy we embody,

Whether it's shortage or prosperity,

Will always find a match in the world around us.

When we embody abundance,

When we feel the truth of infinite possibility,

The resources in our life begin to reflect that inner state.

Nature teaches us that there is no shortage,

Only a flow.

When we align with that flow,

Everything begins to fall into place.

We attract everything we need to us.

So,

That begs the question,

What's keeping you from aligning with that flow?

You don't have to answer it here.

Why not carve out some time and space this week to commune with nature and get into the flow?

Please promise yourself you'll do so.

Whether it's a walk in a park or by the lake,

Get out there and get in the flow.

If not daily,

At least weekly.

It will work wonders for you.

We've now come to the end of our practice.

It is time to transition out.

So whenever you're ready,

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the calm energy of nature still within you.

As you exhale,

Begin to slowly bring your awareness back to the room around you.

Observe the sensations in and around your body.

Perhaps the surface beneath you,

The rise and fall of your chest,

Or the soft movement of your breath.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing awareness to the present moment.

Know that you are always connected to the natural world.

No matter where you are,

It's always within you.

You merely need to tap in.

When you feel called,

Begin to open your eyes softly,

As if emerging from a dream.

Enjoying how you feel.

Remembering that you are part of the Earth,

Just as the Earth is a part of you.

Wow,

Such a pleasure to guide you to more abundance,

Flow,

And permission to just be.

Thank you so much for joining me.

Please let me know what resonated with you most during our time together.

I always love hearing from you.

And join me again tomorrow.

Blessings to you.

This was a perfect practice for my morning today. I have not been experiencing the usual Christmas season this year; not able to do as much as usual due to circumstance but I’m really just embracing the love that is surrounding me and the blessings I do have. I really appreciated this pause. Thank you so much Oana!! ♥️
