Hello and welcome to this quick but mighty meditation to fill yourself up with love.
My name is Juana and I'm so happy you're here with me today.
If you haven't done so already,
Please find yourself a comfortable seated position with your spine straight.
Place your hands on your lap or by your side,
Whatever feels most natural to you.
Close your eyes and begin to smile.
Thank yourself for carving this time out.
This after all is an act of self-love,
Prioritizing your well-being by showing up here.
It's no small feat saying no to all the distractions of the world,
So really breathe in some gratitude for this special moment in space and time that we get to share here.
Now I'd like you to imagine that you're sitting under a waterfall of light,
Pouring down onto your head and spilling all over your body.
Notice how amazing it feels as the light caresses your body.
Enjoy this precious moment.
With each breath in,
You are filling your whole body with light and with love.
As you inhale,
Silently repeat to yourself,
I am filled with love.
As you exhale,
Let go of anything that isn't love.
Any thoughts,
Feelings,
Emotions,
Memories,
Fears,
Hopes,
Desires,
Or nothing at all.
Just breathe it all out,
Leaving only love inside.
Breathe in and say to yourself in your mind,
I am filled with love.
Breathe out anything that arises that isn't love.
Feel the waterfall of light above you,
Filling you up with love with every breath in.
Allow yourself to let go of all else with every breath out.
If your attention wanders,
Notice it and kindly smile to yourself.
Smile as if it's a child doing what a child does,
And then return to breathing in all that abundance of positive vibrations that is being poured down upon you.
Soak in all that love you have filled yourself up with.
So much love inside of you that you are love.
As you've observed,
You don't need the outside world to feel love.
You are it.
Let's breathe that knowing in for a moment.
Place your hands on your heart and repeat to yourself,
Silently or aloud,
I am love.
I am love.
I am.
And so it is.
Although we can find ourselves often distracted by everything that isn't love,
You can always return to this space that you have cultivated within you here.
Kindly open your eyes and smile from the inside out now.
Let that positive energy shine through you.
