Good morning friend,
You're here.
Thank you for joining me,
And thank you for choosing to start your day with intention.
Let's take this time before the world rushes in,
Before the emails,
Before the headlines,
Before the pressure to perform or produce or prove.
Let's take this time to come back to you.
You're not going anywhere just yet,
No,
You're going inward.
So wherever you are,
Sit up if you're able.
Allow your spine to rise a little taller,
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Allow your eyes to close gently.
Join me in taking four big breaths,
Each to a count of four.
So inhale,
Hold it,
And exhale.
Again,
Breathe in,
Feel it rise,
Hold it,
And exhale,
Let it all go.
Inhale,
Receive,
Hold,
Exhale,
Release.
Last one,
Inhale,
Soft and deep,
Hold,
And tap into the stillness.
Exhale,
Slow and steady,
Beautiful.
Arriving here fully,
Breathing nice and calmly,
Let your breath be your anchor.
Let it fill you up,
Let it soften you,
Let it serve as an invitation to start again.
You don't need to numb,
You don't need to scroll,
You don't need to fix or explain or overanalyze.
Not right now.
Right now is for you,
For turning all of it off and tuning in to yourself,
Even just for a few minutes.
This is the act of doing something different.
This is where you choose not to reach for the phone,
Not to run from the discomfort,
Not to fill the space with noise.
This is where you choose to sit with your breath,
With your heart,
With your truth.
And maybe as you sit here,
You ask,
Show me,
Use me,
Guide me,
Let my love move through me.
I am listening,
I want to serve,
Affirm with me,
Show me,
Use me,
Guide me.
Let my love move through me.
I am listening,
I want to serve.
This is surrender.
And this is strength.
This is where you stop chasing answers outside yourself and start turning up that dial within.
There's a power far greater than you,
And yet it lives inside you.
It's not about controlling the path,
It's about trusting it.
Believing in the signs,
Following the signals,
And knowing deeply you are being led.
And with every act of surrender,
Your light expands,
Your energy softens,
Your aura brightens.
Because you're no longer just trying to get through the day,
You're choosing to live the day,
To be where your two feet are.
So ask yourself right now,
Where are my feet?
Are they rushing through the next obligation?
Or are they here,
Rooted in this morning,
Rooted in this breath?
You are not here to get through your life.
You are here to be in it,
Fully,
Kindly.
Even when it's messy,
Even when it's hard.
And yes,
You'll have challenging times.
You're only human.
But you know how to check in.
You know how to return to your breath.
You know how to begin again.
This is the practice.
And this is the real work of manifesting.
Not just visualizing,
But aligning.
Not just asking,
But becoming.
Honest and whole within yourself.
The relationship you build with yourself is what magnetizes everything else.
And that relationship starts here.
In your breath.
In your awareness.
In your intention.
So as you step into this day,
Ask yourself,
Where am I spending my time?
What am I choosing to give my precious energy to?
What are my priorities?
And where do I show up on that list?
Sit with those questions for a bit.
Where am I spending my time?
What am I choosing to give my precious energy to?
What are my priorities?
And where do I show up on that list?
My friend,
You deserve to be on that priorities list.
Not last.
Not when everything else is done.
But now.
Because you are the foundation of everything you're building.
So ask yourself,
What is one kind thing I can do for myself today?
It needn't be a grand gesture.
A small one like taking a walk.
A bath.
Or a quiet moment with a cup of tea will do.
Ask,
What is one kind thing I can do for myself today?
Listen.
Receive.
And make sure you commit to doing it.
Just as we began,
I invite you to take four final deep breaths with me.
To seal it all in.
To the count of four,
Here we go.
Inhale possibility.
Hold.
Exhale grace.
Inhale calm.
Hold.
Exhale surrender.
Inhale strength.
Hold.
Exhale peace.
Last one.
Inhale receive.
Hold.
Exhale release.
May this day be guided.
May this day be honest.
May this day be yours.
And if at any point it feels like too much,
Return once again here.
Back to your breath.
Back to your body.
This space,
This moment.
Right where your two feet are.
Before we close,
Take a second to truly feel your feet.
Wiggle your toes.
Press them gently into the ground.
Or into the surface beneath you.
Notice their weight,
Their steadiness.
Let them remind you,
This is where you are.
And where you are is enough.
There's nowhere else you need to be.
But here and now.
Root yourself in that deep presence.
And let me know what kind thing you're doing for yourself today.
With love,
With light,
With you.
Wana.
