Hello and welcome.
My name is Andrea with Nourish Moon.
Thank you for joining me today for this full moon deeply healing meditation.
Before we close our eyes,
Just look around the room that you're in one more time and notice that you are safe.
Notice that this space is safe.
And you can relax into this meditation knowing that you are safe.
Knowing that all has come together to support you and that you are exactly where you're supposed to be.
Knowing that you are a self-healer.
Closing the eyes,
Finding whatever comfortable position feels good for you.
Settling in and starting to just turn your attention inwards.
Feeling your breath flowing in and out of your body.
And maybe starting to slow the breathing down just a bit.
Lengthening the inhales and lengthening the exhales.
Settling in for our journey.
And let's help our bodies and minds relax down even further,
Releasing any stored stress or tension.
Bring your attention down to your feet,
Your toes,
The soles of your feet,
The top of your feet,
Your heels,
Your ankles.
Can you relax your feet and ankles even more?
Just letting any tension go from your feet and ankles.
And bringing your attention upwards a bit to your lower legs,
Your calves,
Your shins.
Just letting any tension melt away from your calves and shins and your entire lower legs.
And can you relax your knees down even further?
And now bringing your attention upwards to your upper legs,
Your thighs,
Your entire legs,
Feeling nice,
Relaxed and heavy.
And now bringing your attention up to your glutes.
Just letting any tension go.
And now coming up to your lower back and wrapping around to the lower belly.
Just relaxing,
Relax.
Now up to your shoulders,
Lower arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands and fingers.
Feeling any tension melt away from your arms and hands and fingers.
And now coming back up,
Bringing your attention to your throat and your neck.
Just letting any tension go from your neck and your throat.
And now your jaw.
Just let go.
Just let go of any tension in your jaw,
In your cheeks.
Now your eyes,
All the little tiny muscles in the eyes,
Just relax them down further.
And now your forehead.
Release,
Release,
Release.
The sides of your head,
The crown of your head.
Nice and heavy and relaxed.
The tension has now melted.
Aways and exhales even further.
Bringing your inhales all the way down.
I'm going to take you now through a series of energy cleansing breaths.
Your inhales and exhales will both be through the nose if that's comfortable and accessible for you.
The inhale is going to be two parts and the exhale is one part.
So for the inhale you'll bring air down into your belly for part one.
Take in more air filling your chest for part two.
And then a full and complete exhale for part three.
So it'll be inhale belly,
Inhale chest,
Full exhale.
Inhale belly,
Inhale chest,
Full exhale.
I'll cue you the whole time.
This breath work can move some energy so it could be normal to feel a range of sensations.
Maybe tingling somewhere in the body or maybe even feeling a bit restless.
This is just the energy moving,
The ego trying to hold on for control.
Try to stay with it if you can and just let go.
You can always take a break and jump back in when you're ready.
And let's get started by releasing all of the air from our bodies.
And we'll begin.
Inhale belly,
Inhale chest,
Exhale.
Inhale belly,
Inhale chest,
Exhale.
Inhale belly,
Inhale chest,
Exhale.
Inhale chest,
Exhale.
Chest,
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
And return to whatever pace of breath feels good for you.
Observe how you're feeling in this moment.
No judgment,
No right or wrong.
Just notice.
And maybe check in,
Notice if you're already feeling differently from before you started this meditation.
Wonderful.
And now we're going to go on a little journey,
A healing journey.
In your mind's eye,
Visualize yourself in an open area of grass,
A grassy field,
Soft grass.
Soft grass beneath your feet.
It's nightfall.
The weather is perfect.
The sky is clear and the big,
Bright,
Full moon shines above you.
To your right,
There's a beautiful lake,
A crystal clear lake.
And you can see the moon's reflection on the water.
It's so beautiful.
And to your left is a forest,
Big,
Mature trees.
And just notice the wind gently rustling through the trees.
Can you feel the soft grass beneath your feet?
Decide to lay down in the grass.
You feel the earth rising up to support you.
And you feel the gentle breeze against your skin.
And you look up,
You feel a deep sense of peace.
You know that everything has happened to you so far in this life for a reason.
Filled with experiences,
Lessons that you needed to be where you are today.
You also feel a strong sense of gratitude for where you are in life today.
The people in your life.
You feel a strong knowing that it's safe for you to walk through this life with peace in your mind,
Gratitude and love in your heart.
And that you can expect wonderful things in the future.
And you get an overwhelming sense that you are exactly where you're supposed to be.
You feel all of your ancestors,
Those that have walked this earth before you,
Smiling down upon you,
Gently encouraging you to walk the path that you know you're meant for.
Your ancestors whisper to you that they want you to have the courage to make the changes that are needed for you to live your life surrounded by love and light and health and truth and peace.
With the bright full moonlight shining down upon you and the earth's natural beauty surrounding you,
You decide to take a rest here.
To recharge your light in the moonlight and to find grounding energy from the just rest,
Recharge for a few minutes and I'll let you know when it's time to move on.
Your mind's eye saying goodbye to this beautiful space that has offered you healing tonight.
Seeing the full moon shining above you,
The crystal clear water,
The big mature trees,
The soft grass.
Thank you moon,
Thank you grass,
Thank you water,
Thank you trees,
Thank you fresh air,
Thank you mother earth,
Our home.
All of these elements have come together to help with your healing tonight.
Now keeping the eyes closed,
Gently bringing awareness back to your physical body,
Back to the room we're in.
Feeling the surface beneath you that supports your physical body,
Observing the breath in and out of your body,
And finally making little tiny movements waking up the body.
And now opening the eyes,
