More vigilant.
Always preparing for something to go wrong.
Over time,
We may begin to see obstacles where there are invitations.
Problems where they are lessons.
And strangers where they are potential friends.
Not because we have done anything wrong.
But because the mind often learns to protect itself by expecting danger.
Yet,
What if life is not fundamentally against us?
What if beneath the uncertainty?
Beneath the twists and turns,
Beneath the moments we do not understand.
There is a deeper intelligence.
A quiet wisdom.
Guiding us towards growth.
Healing.
And connection.
Today.
We create space to gently loosen our grip.
On fear and suspicion.
Not by denying life's difficulties or pretending that everything always goes according to plan.
By becoming willing to see with new eyes,
Eyes of trust.
Eyes of Curiosity.
Eyes that are open to support,
To synchronicity,
And to unexpected lessons.
In this meditation,
We will invite the heart to soften beyond all fears.
To release the belief that we must carry everything alone.
And to remember that perhaps we are held by something far greater than we can fully understand.
So for now,
There's nowhere you need to be.
Nothing you need to figure out and nothing you need to control.
Simply.
Allow yourself to rest.
To breathe.
To be open.
This is Open Your Heart.
To a friendly universe.
And whenever you're ready.

Allow your body to settle.
Into whatever the position that feels very cozy and comfortable.
Imagine the four.
As a hug from the universe.
You're being held.
You've been supported.

Let's start with cleansing breath in and out three times.
Let's take a deep breath in.

Are your growth.
To be turned to normal.
Witness your breath coming in and out.
I want you to feel like you're floating in this ocean of unconditional love.
Drifting.
And just allowing yourself to bloom.
And be surrounded by this.
I'm going to snowboard.
Place your hand on your heart.
And feel your heartbeat.
This constant rhythm.
It's like the universe telling you.
I love you.
In each and every heartbeat.
No matter what kind of situation you are in in this moment.
How great or not so great.
Time you're having in your life right now.
Know that you'll be loved.
I want you to visualize each cells of your body.
Constantly renewing,
Healing,
Replacing.
Parts of the body that needs attention.
And they do that.
To help sustain your life.
Whether you are aware of it or not.
Unconditional love seeks nothing in return.
It's just me.
Because he loves you.
That don't need any acknowledgement.
And they don't even ask for it to be reciprocated.
You're just there.
This constant presence of unconditional love.
Quietly loving you,
Heeding you,
Sustaining you,
Guiding you.
I want you to think of your life.
I'm sure there are things that.

You're happy about,
And there are some things that you're not so happy about.
Your life from outside.
Might look perfect,
Wonderful,
And amazing.
But inside.
From where you stand.
You might feel miserable.
I just want you to.

It will keep me alive.
And how you feel about your life.
Are you happy with your life?
Where you feel safe.
Do you feel peace?
Is if you love.
Do you feel seen?
If you understood.
Do you feel home?
Sometimes.
We get so corrupt.
In what we see on the news or social media.
And we can sometimes get caught up in this.
Us vs.
Them.
Mentality Ware.
And somehow.

We have to.
Put ourselves into different category.
And we judge people based on what we believe.
Or what they say.
Or what you look like.
Or sometimes what you do.
Once you start focusing on how different we are.
You can't help but to.

.
See the world as.
Having this.
NME that we must defend against.
Even if there's no actual war going on.
Where you live.
You create.
War in your own mind.
And you start to believe that The world is there.
To get you somehow.
The world is against you.
They don't want you to do what you want to do.
They don't want you to become who you want to become.
And you feel the need to rebel against it.
Oh well.
Be totally submissive.
And live your life as not you.
And I want you to take a moment.
To acknowledge that.
Perception that you might have.
In some areas of your life.
In what aspect of your life.
Do you feel?
The need to defend yourself.
Against others.
And it is interesting because once you start looking at your life,
Ads.
People are trying to get you somehow.
Trying to take advantage of you,
Manipulate you.
Trying to take something away from you.
Then.

I think you can find.

Every reason and excuse and evidence for why that might be true.
The truth is that.

We all can.
Choose to look at us like.
In any way we choose.
Anywhere we want to be lived.
And whatever we believe.
Becomes our truth.
So.

If we feel like.
People out there to get you.
That becomes your truth.
That becomes your life.
Because everything that happens in your life.
It's mutual.
What gives colors to your experiences?
Are your perception.
Your mindset.
What you choose to believe.
About you and your life.
So.

If you can shape your life.
In any way,
Form,
You like.
I want you to let this thought sink through deep into your soul in this moment.
So regardless of what you believe right now or not.
Let's just pretend that.

Anything you believe.
Becomes what your life is going to be about.

A hardship and traumas that you may have gone through.

And some experiences I'm sure you would not wish that upon anyone.
But what if that was actually happening for you?
What would that mean?
Would that mean that perhaps.

By you.
Having to go through some very,
Very difficult.
Experiences.
The heartbreak and trauma that you experienced may have taught you something.
That is very,
Very valuable.
He may have given you two worlds.
To handle hardship.
It may help taught you resilience.
Patience.

So what if those are bad experiences?
Your heartbreaks and traumas are there.
To really teach you something.
They were just.
Challenges of life that are meant to be.
The greatest,
Wisest teacher of your life.
And water.
Disappointments and relationships were there to teach you.
That you're totally safe.
To exercise your preferences.
And the hubbing boundaries are safe.
And very very valuable.
For your well-being.
So what if.

Are the things that you don't like.
They were there to help you understand who you are.
And what if some of the misfortune that happens and you feel either stuck or things are not working out too well?
Those are the signs from the universe nudging you.
To explore something new.
Maybe you have outgrown something.
And the change.
Often allows you to.
Book is something new.
And if you don't like what you hear on the news?
What if?
Those are just the reminder that.

The peace.
Harmony.
A love that you seek so much.
Is something you find from within.
Not something you get from outside.
And because you have those.
Amazing.
Peace.
Love.
A healing rhythm.
You can refract that outward.
And that might be way more effective.
And strong.
Than just watching news and complaining about.
What's happening to the world or to the government where you live.
And sometimes when.
Bad things happen to our lives.
We tend to look at that as.

Punishments for Not doing something.
Or doing something.
That we feel.
Our parents wouldn't be happy about.
But what if there's no such thing as punishment?
It's just another challenge in your life.
To help you develop.
Much-needed tools.
For you to be able to express yourself fully.
And authentically.
What if behind everything?
Even the most despicable things that we can do.
Thinko about this world.
Give me that,
All of that.
Is made of.
Unconditional love.
And the infinite creativity of the universe.
What if?
They're there.
Not to hurt you.
I'll punish you but.

They're there to help you define.
What you want and what you don't want in your life.
What if.

The universe is really a friendly universe.
It's not a scale city,
They're out to get me,
Universe.
And most importantly,
If it is indeed.
A friendly universe.
How would you act differently?
What would you change?
About the way you live your life.
And what can we do?
To change.
The world that we live in.
By exercising unconditional love.
Within us.
No way to imagine.
All the things that you don't prefer or you don't like so much about your life.
I want you to imagine.
Behind all these things that you don't like so much about.
We see unconditional love.
Is gentle.
White,
Warm-colored light.
Peace and good will be to all.
And even those things that we don't love or like so much about.
There is this drop of unconditional love.

While allowing you.
To express your preferences.
You are more love.
Than you can ever imagine.
You're more seen and understood.
Than you give yourself credit for.
What if you spent one week?
From this prospective world.
A friendlier universe.
What if you spent one week believing that?
The universe is a friendly place.
And everything is happening for you.
Not to you or against you.
What have you understood?
But the universe just wants to love you more.

The feeling of openness.
Friendliness.

Taking all the love and grief out.

Visualize.
This unconditional loving force invigorating every cells of your body.

Sense of openness and the mindset of offering the real universe back into the physical realm.

We hold our toes and fingers.
