Welcome,
This is Padma Gordon and today I would like to offer you a meditation on availability.
And in order to receive this meditation I invite you to put down what you're doing and find a comfortable place to relax,
To relax and open,
And open to the moment because when you open to the moment,
Life responds.
So just breathing in and letting go.
And perhaps you're feeling already a sense of being open and available to love,
To loving,
To opportunities and there's something,
There's something about being able to say yes,
Saying yes and yielding,
Yielding to the will of the universe and recognizing what is being offered.
So just allowing those words to sink in and down.
Just as you are choosing to take this time to sink in and down,
To relax the conscious mind.
So just even by hearing those words,
Relax conscious mind.
Perhaps something can let go.
Perhaps you can discover a possibility that is available in this moment for relaxation,
Rest and relaxation.
So taking a full breath.
And just by following the natural flow of your breath,
You can sink down and open up to receiving the gifts that life has to offer you.
These gifts may come wrapped in very different packaging,
In a very different colored paper than you might choose or than you might think is what is needed and the possibility is to yield,
Is to slow,
Weigh.
Down,
Slowing down and yielding to the fullness of this moment.
But if just for these moments you opened up to the possibility of relaxing,
Of seeding the ground,
For slowing down and savoring your life,
Savoring this moment,
Perhaps you might be willing to open to savoring the touch of a breeze on your face or maybe the touch of a hand,
Fingers interlacing with your own.
Or the touch of silence,
Sensing how it is vibrating through you in this moment,
Yielding,
Opening to silence.
Open to silence.
And you might say to yourself,
I am opening,
I am savoring right now.
Giving yourself guidance,
The guidance that supports you in living the kind of life that you are here to live,
Surrendering,
Savoring,
Yielding.
So even after this meditation is complete,
Perhaps something will have shifted,
Or perhaps it is shifting in this moment.
So that when you come out of this meditation,
When you re-enter life,
Tasks,
Eyes open,
Interactions,
Something will have shifted,
And perhaps you will be feeling supported to yield,
To open and trust,
Yielding to the pulsation of silence,
Yielding to the gifts that your life is offering you,
Slowing down enough to notice,
Slowing down enough to receive,
To savor this moment,
Savor this moment,
Savor this moment.
