In the morning, we are more sensitive to light, we have higher cortisol levels, your blood sugar is affected by what you eat for breakfast and morning exercise can boost your mood for up to 12 hours. So why would it be any different for your mental practices? In this lesson, we'll learn about the benefits of morning meditation.

You can have a perfectly successful morning without waking up early. This lesson is all about consistency. We'll look at your priorities, the vibe you want to create for the rest of your day and how your morning ritual might fit into your day-to-day life.
