Great breath work for the morning meditations. Alternate nostril breathing is something that I’ve done for years and this was in that tradition, the yoga of the breath.

Amazing! I did biofeedback at the end of covid to help with anxiety & depression. It focused on breathing & was very helpful. I had a lobecty of my right lung to remove cancer about a yr & 1/2 ago. Approximagery 6 months after, I attended a breath workshop. I've included some breathing meditations on Insight Timer. By far, yours worked perfectly. I've bookmarked this sessIon & will look for more of yours. I'm SO GRATEFUL to have found you!

Very pleasant voice, calm and grounding. The guidance was excellent and easy to follow—I could really feel how relaxed she was through her voice. I also learned a new way of practicing box breathing, which was a great addition. Overall, a very well-guided 🙏🏻
