Explore MeditationIntroducing Sarah Kempff, a multifaceted individual with a unique career journey and a strong passion for personal growth and mindfulness practices. Sarah holds certifications as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and a Naikan facilitator specializing in the Japanese Reflection Method, and is in her 2nd year of training to become a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. In 2019, she earned a certificate in Conscious Leadership through Inner MBA. Sarah's professional path has been anything but conventional. For more than two decades, she worked as a project manager in a corporate setting. As a single parent, she raised her daughter in London for the first 11 years of her life. This experience prompted Sarah to explore various yoga styles and meditation practices. In 2017, a turning point occurred when Sarah attended her first Naikan-Silent retreat, which sparked a profound interest in integrating mindfulness & personal growth into her professional life. This journey led her to find a connection between self-development and career advancement. During 2020, Sarah took the opportunity to live & work in Indonesia, where she dedicated her time to deepening her spiritual practice and mindfulness studies. Here she also started to study the Lamrim (Path to Enlightenment, Mahayana Buddhism) in the lineage of Dagpo Lama Rinpoche. In 2023, Sarah took the step to start her own company. Her story reflects her commitment to personal growth, mindfulness, & pursuing a fulfilling & purpose-driven life.
