Meditation.
Sit with your back straight.
Keep your head up.
Open your shoulders.
And sink in.
Feel your body.
From the toes of your feet all the way up.
Legs,
Belly,
Strong back,
Shoulders,
Face,
Your eyes,
The crown of your head.
Sitting without moving.
Only the body moves as you breathe in and out.
Breathing through the nose.
According to Zen,
Heaven and hell are not places somewhere in the sky.
They are simply different states of mind.
So.

The purpose is to reduce the amount of suffering in our lives.
In a way that we are changing ourselves instead of complaining about the world all around.
The Buddhist way is recommending us to be an individual unit of happiness.
Assuming that all the important things that we do,
We will do them better if we are more peaceful.
Some people say it is not the time to be peaceful or relaxed as long as there is so much suffering around.
But Buddhism is a simple teaching without any holiness.
The Buddhist teaching is not asking us to sacrifice our peace because of the noise of others.
Try to be an individual unit of happiness even for a little while.
Zen Master Dogen said,
When you forget about yourself,
This is where you find yourself.
Who am I?
The boy is asking his mother.
Who am I?
The daughter is asking her father.
And parents normally repeat the answers that they have received.
Continuing a long chain of people who have lost the answer to find the original,
Basic,
Authentic self,
Pure and clean,
Amidst of this silence,
This will be our spiritual journey.
This is what Zen is all about.
So open from inside,
Allow yourself to grow wide,
Let the music be inside of you,
Listen to each and every thing,
Feel everything,
Again relax your shoulders and keep your mind clear.
A little smile and let go.
Let go.
If you have changed yourself,
It will be enough.
Meditation can change the world only of those who attain it.
Freedom is the greatest gift of all.
Give it to yourself and don't deny it from others.
Give the freedom to enjoy to those who choose to and give them also the freedom to suffer if they insist.
Meditation.
It is you.
Happiness.
Peace of mind.
And everything is alright.
To stop the mind,
To allow the gap.
This is what Zen meditation is about.
We call it to be the great mirror.
A clean and empty mirror.
You cannot say that the only truth is the one that comes from within because our within is empty and the truth is only reflected in the mirror of your mind.
Any teachings or guidance can only point to the truth.
A good teacher will only help you to clean up the mirror until it disappears too.
Become one.
Surrender.
Be free.
Be free.
Be free.
Surrender.
In a minute of stillness which is full of life and allow yourself to enjoy it.
This is it.
Feel it.
Be it.
When the true self,
The owner of the house,
Wakes up,
The battles are over and a new feeling of peace appears.
Then you can hear each bird separately.
The victory is internal.
The glory is unseen.
And happiness?
Happiness can be present without any special reason at all.
How come we didn't see it before?
You can take a deep breath now,
A big smile.
Everything is all right.
You may open your eyes.
