This meditation was recorded for the purpose of helping you achieve stable focus and alignment. Our minds, through meditation and re-focusing, finds resonance, come into full alignment with the universal, and in that state we know who we are. Take the time to come into alignment with who you are via gentle soothing satisfaction of being in meditation. Let that gentle soothing space be your space to come back to.

Let's really find that stable frequency of the mind.

Paying attention as to where we are going in our thoughts will help us to maintain the frequency of this state.

One-to-moment attention will slowly build enough momentum for this state to be solid,

To be the state that we are normally operating from.

Where the mind achieves its stillness,

Where it moves into that quiet space.

Take a moment to get comfortable,

Whatever comfortable means for you personally.

Change your focus.

Slowly breathing in.

Slowly breathing out.

Slowly breathing in.

Slowly breathing out.

Slowly breathing in.

Slowly breathing out.

Given your attention on the breathing,

Continue the process.

Give yourself a minute to really let the mind tune into it.

Think of the sun burning.

Galaxies upon galaxies,

Infinite,

Stretching,

Incomprehensible.

Think of all of that and then ask yourself,

Who am I?

Look within your mind and notice the infinite expanse of it.

Look into the frequency of your emotions and notice the resonance that you can find when you focused in this specific way,

When there is no division of your attention,

It is a thought that carries power within it,

When you feel that full-blown connection,

When you plugged yourself in and you're radiating,

You feel it moving through you.

Nothing less will ever do but the wholeness,

But the full connection,

The merging of the two perspectives,

That clear creative power of the mind,

That reality that is being summoned through your focus,

Expanding infinitely,

Existing eternally.

Think of all of that and then ask yourself,

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

I liked the guidance at the beginning to settle into meditation and the music too which helped me to relax and focus. I liked that there was no talking after the first part although I thought it would have been good to end with some words to come out of meditation. The music just ended and quite abruptly too.
