Very soothing voice. Clear and concise guidance. I don’t usually do guided meditations. But I might do this one again.

Simple, but profound...covers basics that I sometime loose track of.Refreshing.

Loved this - your choice of words (quieting, soothing, ease, release) really helped me switch focus from mind to breath). Although I really liked 1 as well, I prefer this slower pace with more pauses.
