Meditation Segment: Evening Relaxation & Refocusing

This file was recorded on April 10th. I felt an inspiration to sit down and record. This one is meant for your evening meditation. The segment was initially longer with a little of bit preliminary talking about meditation process. If you are interested, I can upload the longer version with explanation. This is evening meditation.

Play it once you get in bed.

Let's relax through the muscles.

Let them all go soft.

Especially the muscles of the face.

Relaxing the eyes,

The eyelids,

The muscles in the cheeks.

Relaxing the lips,

The lower jaw.

Relaxing the chin.

Relax the arms.

Let them hang.

Relax the muscles of the chest.

Relax the muscles of the back.

The abdominals.

Let the belly be soft.

Let the breathing flow freely.

And then relax through the legs.

The thighs,

The calves,

The feet.

Just stay in this gentle space for a few moments,

Allowing the body to release itself.

Allow it to relax and let go.

Let the soothing flowing of the breathing take you even deeper into that state of relaxation.

And as you place your gentle attention on the breathing,

Start peeling off the layers of your thoughts.

There might be a lot on your mind,

And that might be creating tension and stress within you.

One thing as practitioners of meditation is to trust the process.

And the process here is to let the mind slow down.

Usually we let the mind go free and wild,

And we try to solve every problem that comes to us.

However,

As you might have noticed,

To solve a problem you have to be focused on the solution rather than the problem.

So you have to let go,

Peel off the problem,

Allow your mind to settle in,

Allow the anxiety to subside,

Allow the resistance and tension to dissolve.

Come to that stable,

Gentle focus right there.

You know it,

You know when it's happening,

When the emotional tension starts to release.

That is a good indicator that you are on the right path,

That your mind is slowing down,

And you are gently tuning yourself into that stable frequency,

Mentally and emotionally.

And do it for the achievement of that state,

Not to solve anything,

Not to get any answers,

Not to visualize anything.

Things will unfold naturally as you let the mind quiet down.

Please note the word let.

You're not making it,

You're not forcing it.

Just letting the mind run its course and slowly come to the state of stillness.

Single pointed,

Resting in that spaciousness.

Letting the thoughts untangle.

If they come,

That's okay.

Just keep on refocusing.

And every time you start feeling constricted emotionally,

Just release and let go again.

It's okay,

Resistance is normal.

You've built quite a lot of momentum with these thoughts,

Especially on the subjects that are very important to you these days.

Those are well-being,

Financial stability and relationships.

That's okay.

Whatever happened,

Happened,

Whatever is happening right now is momentary.

Everything is moving forward and it will move forward and go upward even faster if you detach yourself from it.

Refocus on the desires that you have and out of the belief systems and the thoughts that are flowing through right now.

It's like you unbracket yourself from the current reality and it plays your attention on the reality that is unfolding.

It's like you're not playing the game anymore.

You are creating it as you go.

Continue tuning emotionally until you are satisfied.

Continue tuning emotionally into that space of allowing,

Of letting go,

Of giving up the effort of trying to solve things.

Remember,

Being anxious,

Worried,

Concerned has not helped you at any point in your life.

Being clear,

Focused,

Recalibrated,

Emotionally uplifted,

Inspired,

In charge,

Will and is helping you right now.

Right in this moment as you are tuning into that.

Eager for what's coming next.

Eager for the solutions to come through.

Open to the problems because you are anticipating the solutions.

It's alright.

Everything is just fine.

Things are falling into place as your mind is slowing down and finding its stable,

Focused frequency.

Dial in,

Tune in,

Turn on.

It's alright.

Calibrate a little bit more.

It's a subtle state,

But you can learn how to hone in on it.

Picking it right out of all the different frequencies and finding this one right here,

Right now.

In the moment,

Creating rather than reliving the same day.

Creating new in each and every moment.

Remembering that you are the creator of your own self,

Of every moment and of the reality that you are observing.

Taking,

Claiming the birthright and your responsibility for the creation of your life.

Not from a judgement or criticising stance,

But from a stance of being empowered.

Knowing that this is available to you if you choose for it to be this way.

And as you are drifting slowly into sleep,

Remember where you came from.

From the vast,

Shimmering,

Alive matrix of consciousness,

Eternal and infinite.

That is you,

The mastermind,

The infinite intelligence,

Right here in this body.

In the state that you are turning yourself into.

That is the knowledge of who you are.

That is a human being in its full glory,

Power,

Wisdom.

And in its full expansion,

A point of consciousness in the physical body,

Completely aware and connected to that source.

Let yourself plug into that grid and start creating.

By allowing things to flow,

By allowing your heart to be open emotionally and your mind to be clear.

Single pointed,

Unwavering,

Right into the things that you desire.

And now,

Slowly drift to sleep.

One.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Five.

Six.

Seven.

Eight.

Nine.

And ten.

Sleep well,

My dear.

Know that all is well.

We are fully aware of you in every single moment.

You are always loved and deeply appreciated.
