Releasing letting go of all resistance.
Letting that flow of wellbeing come to us.
Gently focusing on the breathing.
Letting the breath soothe the body into relaxation.
Letting the breath quiet down the mind.
Letting the breath soothe us emotionally.
Letting that guard down,
Healing the heart becoming tender.
Noticing the gentle flow of the breath in and out.
Letting things go.
Letting ourselves focus right here.
Right here in this moment.
Letting that gentleness,
That ease.
Letting go of all the struggle.
You are perfect as you are.
You are loved as you are.
You are appreciated as you are.
Feel your emotions slowly tuning.
Turning into that gentle frequency of love and connection.
Remembering,
Finding yourself within.
Establishing that deep connection.
That connection between you and you.
Try to feel how the whole of your being is slowly opening up.
The energies flowing freely.
There is less and less resistance in your thought.
Less and less resistance emotionally.
See yourself as vibration.
Slowly using the breath to tune up your frequency.
With no effort.
Just letting yourself relax into it.
Into that flow of well-being.
Expanding.
Reclaiming your worthiness.
Unconditional.
You are.
Feel the gentle tuning that the breathing provides.
That ebb and flow that come in and go in.
The soothing balance and rhythm.
Notice yourself slowly shifting to that stable focus where the thought is pure.
Where your perspective expands positively.
Where you notice the beauty of life,
The beauty of every moment,
The perfection of it.
From this perspective you can't help but see everything is beautiful.
Everything as the way it's supposed to be.
Because the main connection has been established.
The connection between you and you.
You love and gaze upon yourself from within.
Feel those gentle inklings of happiness and joy welling up from within.

Letting your thoughts go higher and higher.
Letting go of the circumstances completely.
Looking onward.

Infinite perspective of your inner being.
At the moment,
Tuning yourself up.
Effortlessly just letting yourself rise up to that frequency by letting things go.
By focusing out of the circumstances and focusing into the feeling.
Letting your breath and your emotions guide you.
Soothing.
Trusting.
And eventually knowing.
Working with the whole of who you are.
Enjoying the sense of connection.
Enjoying the feeling of full alignment.
Of the openness and freedom of ease and expansion.
You are who you are.
And who you are is beautiful.
