Welcome to this visual meditation.
To prepare to get into this meditation,
Take a moment to find a comfortable position,
Either lying down or sitting upright,
Where the neck is long and the spine is straight.
This visual meditation is an environmental creation meditation.
As you participate in this meditation,
You will find your mind creating adventurous scenes.
The part of the brain that is responsible for your creativity will be stimulated to bring you on a journey through your wonderful,
Beautiful,
Limitless imagination.
As you settle into this meditation,
You will start to become very relaxed.
Your mind will become clear and your body will become very relaxed.
Start with the eyes open and just notice your surroundings.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Take another deep breath in and a long breath out.
Allow yourself to notice what you see.
Taking in the sights of your environment.
What are the colors that you're taking in?
What are the objects that are around you?
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Another deep breath in and as you slowly exhale,
Allow your eyes to close.
Now that the eyes are closed,
Feel the heaviness of the eyelids as you feel more relaxed.
Become aware of any sounds that you hear out in the distance.
See if you can focus on any sounds far,
Far away in the distance.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Another deep breath in and a long breath out.
Bring your attention to any sounds that are closer to you.
What can you hear in the space that surrounds you?
What are the sounds that you are aware of?
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Another deep breath in and a long breath out.
Now bring the attention to the top of your head.
Down through the point between the eyebrows.
Dropping the attention down through the nose.
The mouth down through the throat.
The shoulders.
The elbows.
The wrists.
The fingertips.
Take a moment and as you inhale,
Squeeze the fingers in to make a fist.
And as you exhale,
Release the hands,
Spreading the fingertips wide.
Traveling up through the wrists,
The elbows.
The shoulders.
To the heart.
The navel.
All the way down to the pelvis.
Traveling to the hips.
The knees.
The ankles.
And the toes.
Take a moment and as you inhale,
Squeeze the toes in towards the bottom of your feet.
And as you exhale,
Releasing the toes,
Spreading them wide.
Now I want you to imagine that you have just been given a mission to go to the moon.
You are an astronaut and are the only one qualified to run this solo mission.
The survival of Earth is at stake and your mission is to go into outer space and take a rocket ship to the moon to save all mankind.
You will go alone and the time is now.
To begin your mission,
You will have to get ready.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Your uniform is a spacesuit custom made to fit your body.
Imagine your whole body hugged by a light cotton bodysuit.
This light cotton bodysuit is lined with cold water tubes to keep your temperature safe and cool.
Safe and cool.

Moving up through the front of the chest to the control panel outside your suit.
The control panel allows the ability to check your oxygen,
Turn on your fans,
And check the pressure inside your suit.
Taking a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Now bring awareness to your back.
On your back there is a backpack that contains oxygen and a cleansing system to filter out carbon dioxide.
It is the system that is needed to breathe in space.
Feel the support of this backpack along your entire back.
Taking a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Now moving back to the chest,
The control center of your suit.
Up to the neck.
Bringing attention to the space around your neck.
Imagining a large metal ring at the top of your spacesuit.
This metal ring is large enough to allow the neck to come through the top of the suit.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Now bring the attention to the back of the head.
Feel or visualize a soft fabric encasing the back of your head.

Now it's time to put your moon helmet on to provide protection for your head.
This helmet is a special helmet that provides protection from the moon's atmosphere.
