By practising Body Calm Meditation every day will help you to embody that you are safe and secure in life, leaving you with a sense of calm and you are perfect as you are. Sit back and relax for the next 10 minutes embodying the words and allow the body to rest and heal.

Hi everyone,

I just thought I'd hop on and record this short meditation for you,

Perhaps if you're feeling not quite enough at the moment.

It's going to be five,

Ten minutes long,

So I invite you to make yourself comfortable,

Perhaps have a drink or a blanket,

Make yourself nice and warm and comfortable.

So you can be lying down or sitting up in a chair,

Whatever's comfortable for you.

So I'd just like to invite you now to gently close your eyes down and you just take a couple of mindful breaths there,

Breathing in and out,

Breathing in some peace and calm and exhaling any stress and worries.

And just notice how your body feels at the moment and if there's any tension,

Breathe into those areas,

Perhaps softening the forehead,

The cheeks and jaw,

Allowing your shoulders,

Your back,

All the muscles to melt down and soften,

Moving all the way down your hips,

Legs,

All the way down to the soles of your feet.

And when you reach the soles of your feet,

Feeling secure in this moment,

Feel really grounded,

Connected with your feet on the floor,

Just breathing all the way in,

Calm and energy to allow it to fill your entire body,

Allowing the body to relax a bit more and let go,

Giving yourself permission to be here,

Letting go of whatever's already happened today or what you think may happen later.

Give yourself permission to be here,

Giving your undivided attention to this moment and just becoming aware of your breath for a moment,

Just notice how your breath is,

A bit fast,

A bit shallow,

Allowing the breath to be relaxed as it comes in and out of the body,

Natural rhythmic flow and bringing your attention forward and wide,

Almost like you're looking at a vast horizon,

Just allowing your attention to naturally drift open,

Without any straining,

Without any effort,

To allow it to naturally drift open,

Resting in a wide open space and bringing your attention to your heart space,

Gently think the words,

I am enough and feel those words to be true,

I am enough as I am,

I don't need to fix,

Change or improve anything,

I'm perfect as I am,

I am enough,

Really feel that to be true in your heart and just let the words and the focus point melt away,

Drift away as you rest back into that wide open space,

Settling into the present moment,

See if you can be in harmony with however your mind and body happens to feel right now,

Without attaching any meaning,

Any judgment to the thoughts that are passing on through your awareness,

Allow them to pass on through like clouds in the sky,

Coming and going just like the clouds,

Resting in that wide open space,

Being at peace with however you happen to feel right now and then moving your focus and attention back to your heart,

Gently silently think to yourself,

I am enough,

I am enough,

Feel those words to be true and let go of the words,

Allow them to just drift away,

Resting back into that wide open space,

Forward and wide open,

Just taking a few energising breaths now,

Breathing deeply all the way in and out before you bring yourself back to being wide awake and aware by gently opening your eyes and you can come back to this meditation anytime you feel that you're not enough and if meditation is something that you'd like to explore more,
