Hi everyone,

I'd just like to share with you a small meditation today,

Around maybe ten minutes long,

And it's all about our goals and our dreams.

You know,

Meditation's all about being present,

You know,

Perhaps not jumping into the future,

But with this,

It's like a visualisation,

A manifestation,

Goals and dreams,

And meditation.

It's actually okay to have dreams,

It's okay to have goals,

Want to achieve things,

So we're going to be,

Through this meditation visualisation,

I'll be guiding you through it.

So,

Just see there's something in your life right now that you perhaps maybe like to change for the better,

Or you know,

A goal or aspiration that you're working towards,

And we're just going to sort of time travel a little bit into the future here,

And just see what happens.

So I'd like to invite you to make yourself comfortable,

Maybe have a sip of water,

You can either sit up,

Lay down,

Whatever's comfortable for you.

Make sure you're nice and warm,

Maybe grab a blanket.

So what we're going to do now,

Once you're nice and settled,

We're just going to close the eyes down.

We're just going to take a few centering breaths there.

Breathing all the way in,

Filling up your lungs,

And out.

On the next out breath,

See if you can just breathe out any tension,

Any worries that you may have at the moment.

Maybe you can just breathe that all out,

Let it all go.

Just allowing yourself to completely let go and be here.

Allow yourself to arrive in this moment,

Nothing that needs done right now,

Nowhere that you need to go.

And just notice how you feel for a moment.

Notice how you feel in your mind and your body.

Just allowing the forehead,

Muscles around the forehead to soften.

Around your eyes,

Your entire face and jaw.

Allowing all the muscles to melt down and soften.

Allowing the shoulders to be relaxed and back down.

Breathing into all the muscles in your back.

Allowing them just to soften,

Melt down a bit more.

Moving all the way down to your hips,

Legs,

Down to the soles of your feet.

When you reach the soles of your feet.

On the next in breath,

Just breathing in some calming energy,

Moving from the soles of your feet,

Moving through the entire body.

Learn yourself to just sink a little bit further and let go.

I just want you to think of something that you're perhaps working towards at the moment.

It could be a goal,

A dream,

An ambition.

I just want you to imagine that six months to maybe 12 months from now,

It really will be what you'll be doing.

Just see if you can visualise that event happening now.

Just noticing who's there.

Just noticing where you are.

Are you with people?

Are you in a place?

What can you hear?

What sounds can you hear?

What are you touching?

What can you smell?

Allowing yourself to be really immersed and present in that image right now.

Something that means something to you,

A dream,

A passion,

Goal or ambition.

Really immerse yourself in that scene right now.

Just notice the colours,

The vibrancy,

The sounds.

Allow yourself to feel happy and joyful,

Knowing that you've already achieved this dream,

This goal,

This ambition.

As if it's already happened.

Really see yourself in that image,

That scene,

That place,

The people,

The sounds,

The smell.

Allow yourself to feel calm and peaceful and happy,

Knowing that you've already achieved this dream,

This goal.

Really breathe that in,

Knowing that you deserve that abundance.

Just breathing in positive energy in that scene,

Feeling joyful and happy,

To that dream.

That goal's already happening right now.

It could be six months,

12 months,

Now.

But just imagine it's happening right now.

You're in that scene and it's happening now.

You've achieved your goal,

Your dream.

You're feeling happy,

You're feeling proud that you've done this,

You've achieved this.

We'll just take a couple of energising breaths here before gently opening your eyes and returning to the room.

So that's a really lovely visualisation.

You know,

You are stepping into the future there,

But it's almost like it's happening now.

And the more and more you come back to this,

The more you visualise this,

The more you move towards your dreams and goals.
