Originally a runner, Nicole committed fully to her yoga practice in 2016 and become a certified teacher in 2017. Since then, she has completed trainings in restorative yoga, meditation and mindfulness, as well as Ayurveda and other types of asana. Meditation has become one of the many layers of her practice. Nicole enjoys teaching and practicing breath work, visualization and Yoga Nidra. Each of her certifications bring a different piece to her meditative practice, and she hopes to share her various types of grounding techniques with the world!
