Hi,
You're listening to Niki Hartel.
Welcome to today's morning meditation,
Where we are focusing in on inviting in more time into our day so that we experience more peace and joy.
So when you are ready,
Get comfortable.
If you are able to,
Straighten your spine.
And if it feels good,
Close your eyes.
And start by taking a few gentle breaths in and out.
As you breathe in and out,
Feel your body relaxing.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Soften your jaw and give yourself a moment to notice any areas of tension in your body.
You may be tightening your fists or holding stress in your back.
In this moment,
I invite you just to release and let go.
Continue to breathe in,
Setting the intention as you're breathing in to allow your breath to center and ground you.
Feel yourself connecting in.
Reset the intention and we invite in the energy of time.
We are open to receiving more time as we move through our day today.
We are opening ourselves up to receiving that time in whatever way it presents itself.
We release the need to control how the time will come in.
We are simply inviting time into our day.
I invite you to bring into your awareness how having more time will make you feel.
Perhaps you will feel a sense of peace.
Perhaps you will experience a sense of being carefree and relaxed.
Whatever the energy is that having more time will bring you,
I invite you to breathe that into your body in this moment.
Feel the sense of peace and relaxation flow through you.
I invite you to breathe it in and on the exhale to send that energy into every cell in your body.
Feel this peace and relaxation and calmness.
The space opening.
Feel this energy expanding.
Feel the energy of time expanding.
Feel the space that is being created as you open up to receive more time and space in your day today.
We set the intention for this feeling to stay with us as we move through our day.
When you are ready,
Come back into the place and space where you are in this moment.
Come back into your body.
It may feel good to wriggle your fingers and your toes,
Grounding back.
And in your own time,
When it feels good,
You may open your eyes.
I am wishing you a beautiful day.
