Get comfortable.
And if it feels good,
Close your eyes.
And start by taking a few gentle breaths in and out.
As you breathe in,
Set the intention to breathe in the energy of peace,
Of calmness.
And we set the intention for this energy to stay with you as you move through the day.
We're breathing in the energy of peace and calm.
And we are exhaling peace and calm.
As you breathe in,
I invite you to breathe into the center of your being.
And as you exhale,
To send this peaceful energy into every cell in your body.
In this moment,
We set the intention for this sense of peace to stay with us as we move through our day.
I invite you to bring into your awareness any stressful or potential stressful situations,
Any meetings that you may be having today,
Anything in your life that you may be experiencing today.
Where you wish for a peaceful outcome.
So I invite you to bring the activities that you have planned for today into your awareness.
And to visualize peace flowing through those experiences.
See a positive outcome.
Feel the energy of peace in this positive outcome.
And in this moment,
We ask the universe to bring peace and calm into these situations that we may be experiencing today.
We are calling in peace and calm.
I now invite you to imagine that you are opening up to receiving the energy of peace,
Of lightness,
Of ease.
And give yourself permission to receive.
Feel yourself opening up to receiving.
You may now repeat after me.
I am peace.
I am calm.
I am safe.
We are now coming to the end of the meditation and so I invite you to come back into the place you are in.
To come back into your body,
Perhaps into the room.
Bring your awareness into your fingers.
Wriggle them.
Perhaps wriggle your toes.
And when you are ready and in your own time,
Open your eyes.
And enjoy your day.
