Welcome to this Crown Chakra meditation.
Take a moment to get comfortable and start by taking a few gentle breaths in and out.
As you slow your breath down,
Breathing in the energy of peace and connection.
And breathing out the energy of peace and connection.
Give yourself permission to relax.
Give yourself permission to come into this moment and to experience the inner solitude that flows through you.
Also give your sweet body permission to relax.
And as you're breathing in,
Set the intention to breathe into the very center of your being.
I invite you to bring your awareness to the crown of your head and just notice the energy.
In your mind's eye,
You may visualize a thousand petaled lotus gently resting on your crown.
We set the intention to connect with the universe,
With the heavens above,
With the energy of the divine.
And as you breathe in,
I invite you to imagine that you're breathing in a beautiful violet loving light that is streaming down and coming into your body through your crown chakra.
Feel this beautiful light moving in and allow your body to open up to receiving this energy,
This love,
This beautiful violet light.
Continue breathing in,
Almost pulling this energy in through your crown.
And on the exhale,
I'd like you to imagine that you send this violet light into every cell in your body.
And you feel every cell opening up to receiving,
Feeling the activation,
Feeling a calibration connection,
A connection connecting you to the universe.
Connecting you to the oneness,
To the stars,
To the energy of pure unconditional love.
Bringing your awareness back to your crown,
I invite you to continue breathing in and feeling the energy coming in through your crown chakra and this time on the exhale,
I invite you to imagine beautiful roots stemming out of the soles of your feet and grounding this universal connection into your body and into the earth.
Breathing it in,
Breathing it out.
And now you may repeat after me.
I am at one with the universe.
I am connected to deep wisdom.
I am the energy of love.
Now I invite you to come back into the room that you're in,
The place and the space where you are,
To bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel where you are sitting.
Perhaps you may choose to wriggle your fingers and your toes.
And when it feels good,
You may open your eyes.
