Bring your fingertips together so that each is touching the other.

There's nothing to analyse here,

There's nothing to work out,

There's nothing to understand.

This is just an opportunity to quiet the mind and for a few moments bring all of your attention just to the simple sensation of your fingertips touching each other.

You may notice the sensation of touch strengthen or go away completely.
