So dropping yourself in,
Placing your hands anywhere you feel called to,
Could be on your heart,
In part of your body.
Just allow your shoulders to completely relax,
Drop down,
Moving away from your jaw.
And just rolling your shoulders back a little bit,
Opening up your heart.
And just allowing your breath to guide you,
Taking a few deep inhales and exhales at your own pace.
And as you inhale,
Feel your heart rising,
Allowing the universe to gently kiss your soul.
And as you exhale,
Feeling your heart grounding into Mother Earth beneath you.
Inhaling,
Connecting to the heavens above.
Exhaling,
Stabilizing to Mother Earth beneath.
And wherever you are in the world right now,
The full moon in Leo is shining ever so brightly in the sky.
I invite you to visualize the full moon above you.
This full moon is radiating this fire,
Creative,
Purposeful,
Joyful,
Light,
Lion energy.
When you feel this lion energy,
You might feel this roar inside of your heart.
It's this roar that wants to be fully expressed in its uniqueness,
In its wholeness.
And as the full moon shines its light upon you,
Upon your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit,
Your soul.
I want you to contemplate on these words.
Path.
Joy.
Creation.
Curiosity.
Uniqueness.
Power.
Just allow these frequencies to permeate through you and allow it to guide you through your journey.
