Welcome into this heart coherence meditation and thank you for giving this time to yourself.

Find a place that is comfortable and quiet and sit down comfortably.

Maybe you want to move your legs a little,

Stretch your spine up,

Make yourself comfortable and take a moment to arrive here.

Breathe in and breathe out and relax your shoulders.

Now place your hand over your heart at the center of your chest and bring all your attention at the center of your chest on your heart.

If your mind is going away just gently bring it back to your hand protecting your heart.

Breathe in gently and when you exhale make it longer and deeper and slower than usual.

You want to keep a nice and comfortable rhythm one that feels good for you.

Inhale gently and when you exhale make it longer and deeper and slower than usual.

And now connect to the feeling of appreciation and think of all those little things you can appreciate in your life.

A person,

A gift,

A smile.

Feel the appreciation in your heart.

Inhale it in and exhale it longer out.

And now connect with the emotion of care.

How does it feel when people care for you?

When they give you all their love and attention and they just want you to feel good?

How does it feel in your heart when you care for a person around you?

A person who matters and you just want to share all the love you have inside.

Inhale that feeling in and exhale it longer and deeper and slower than usual.

And now connect with the emotion of gratitude and think of at least one thing that you can feel grateful for that happened earlier today.

So many of those little things.

A cup of coffee,

A ray of Sun,

The presence of a person that makes us feel safe.

Feel how grateful you can be of all those things that happen every day.

Inhale it in and exhale it longer and deeper and slower through your heart.

Let it diffuse in all your body.

Now take a deeper breath in and slowly let the awareness come back inside your body.

Remember you can always come back to those feelings.

They are inside you and always will.

When you're ready you can gently open your eyes and come back here with us.

This is the end of the meditation.

Don't forget to smile,

Don't forget to love and enjoy this beautiful day.
