We'll start with a deep breathing exercise.
So I want you to take a slow deep breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth.
Take a deep breath out through your nose and let it out through your mouth.
Take a deep breath out through your nose and let it out through your mouth.
Allow that warmth to slowly spread down across your forehead,
Softening the muscles around your eyes,
Smoothing your eyebrows,
Letting the warmth flow down into your cheeks.
Your jaw,
Letting your tongue rest comfortably.
Notice the warm relaxation move down your neck,
The shoulders,
Releasing all the tension between the knots and the weight of the day.
As the warmth moves into your arms,
Feel them become pleasantly relaxed or heavy.
Let this warm energy travel through your chest,
Down your back,
The spine,
Bathing every muscle,
Fiber,
Cell and bone in complete calmness.
Now this warm energy moves down into your belly and hips,
Releasing any tension that you may have,
Letting you breathe even more easily.
It comes down into your thighs,
Knees,
Calves and into your feet,
All the way down to your toes.
And with every breath you take,
You go twice as relaxed as before,
Feeling safe,
Calm and grounded.
In a moment,
I will count from five down to zero,
With each number you'll feel twice as relaxed and twice as receptive.
So,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One and zero,
Completely relaxed and open to receive.
In this state of relaxation,
You are safe.
From this place of clarity,
We will strengthen your natural energetic boundary,
Which is your aura.
So,
It protects your space,
Supports your presence,
Only what truly serves you.
I want you to imagine that a soft light starts to glow at your heart center.
The light is gentle,
Protective and wise.
It begins as a small steady flame and grows into a luminous orb of color that feels comforting to you.
Notice its color.
Whatever color feels most right is the perfect color for you.
As this orb grows,
It forms a mist around you that slowly expands outward until it becomes a circular field surrounding your body,
Your aura.
This field is resilient and positively charged with your intention.
You can imagine it as a soft bubble or perhaps a golden shell or any image that resonates.
With each breath you take,
The field around you becomes stronger and as you imagine that with every breath in,
You are drawing in the qualities you want.
You can imagine it as a protective membrane forming just beyond the edge of your field,
Like a gentle ripple that clears anything that doesn't belong.
It acts like a smart doorway.
Only energy that matches your vibration can move through in a way that nourishes you.
Everything else is returned to source and is neutralized.
And each time you practice this,
Your field becomes more automatic,
A habit of protection that is effortless and natural.
From this moment,
You will find it easy to maintain your personal space.
You will naturally sense when to step closer and when to hold your boundary.
Each day,
In small ways,
You will notice your aura strengthened and renewed.
In a moment,
I'm going to count you up from one to five.
At five,
You will be fully awake,
Feeling great about yourself,
With a protective shield around you.
So,
Start coming up with one,
Higher up with two,
Further up with three,
All your mental,
Emotional,
Physical,
Spiritual bodies aligned.
