Welcome to another morning I am Affirmations to fill up the days with confidence and courage.
Listen to this audio only when your mind does not require your conscious attention.
I would like you to take a deep breath.
And as you inhale,
Focus on how the air feels inside your nose.
Become aware of the air feeling the back of your throat.
Now hold it for a second and exhale from your mouth.
That's right.
Take another deep breath.
Inhale deeply from your nose.
Hold it for a second and exhale from your mouth.
Take the third deep breath.
Inhale from your nose.
Filling your lungs with the air.
Holding it for a second and exhale.
That's lovely.
Now come back to your normal breathing.
And I wonder if you could imagine creating a circle of confidence and courage in front of you.
Just imagine that you have created an imaginary circle.
And give it a color that resonates with confidence and courage.
Maybe it's a single color or a mix of two or three.
Whatever that color is,
Just imagine filling the circle with the mist of that color.
The color of confidence and courage.
And as you do that,
You know that stepping into the circle will make you confident and courageous.
Isn't it?
So as I count from three to one,
You will enter the circle of confidence and courage.
Three.
Two.
One.
And now.
And I wonder if you can feel the mist all around and over your body.
Perhaps it also has a lovely fragrance.
Now take a deep breath.
And as you do that,
You inhale the mist into your body.
So take the deep breath.
Inhale the mist deeply into your lungs.
Imagine spreading it in every part of your body.
And exhale all the fears and doubts about yourself.
That's right.
Now take another deep breath.
Inhale the mist again deeply into your lungs.
And this time imagine it spreading in every part of your body.
And now exhale everything that doesn't belong to you.
All those negative emotions about yourself and feelings and thoughts about yourself.
You don't deserve them.
Let them go as you exhale.
Now when you take the next deep breath,
I would like you to imagine the mist spreading everywhere in your body.
From head to your shoulders,
To your palms and fingers,
To your chest,
Torso,
Hips,
Thighs,
Legs and feet.
So take the third deep breath now.
Hold it for a second.
And exhale from your mouth.
Now come back to your normal breathing pattern.
And once you notice the mist of confidence and courage in every part of your body,
I would like you to imagine sitting comfortably in the circle of confidence and courage.
And as you sit comfortably in that circle,
I would like you to repeat the affirmations after me.
I am confident.
I am courageous.
I am brave.
I am assertive.
I express easily and freely.
I believe in myself.
I trust myself fully,
Completely and deeply.
I trust the process of life.
I believe in my abilities.
I am positive.
I am grateful for this day.
I am grateful for every breath.
I deserve happiness and success.
I attract joy and positivity.
I am powerful.
I am abundant.
That's right.
You are brave,
Confident,
Courageous,
Powerful,
Abundant,
Positive,
Grateful and successful.
Now slowly and slowly become aware of your breath.
Now become aware of the feeling of the clothes against your skin.
Now become aware of the rise and fall of your chest.
And come back to the present moment,
Eyes open,
Wide awake.
