Anthony is the creator and visionary of Natureofmindfulness.com After developing and teaching mindfulness programs for hundreds of schools, hospitals and large companies, Anthony was inspired to create his own platform to share the life changing practice of mindfulness online. Anthony is also a mindfulness presenter, public speaker and program creator for 7 Canadian school boards across the Greater Toronto Area. In addition to his work in schools Anthony is a mindfulness faculty member for Hamilton Health Sciences, one of Canada's largest health research foundations.
