Welcome to this little mini meditation called Laughing Morning Bubbles.

Let's laugh and be light and wake up.

Imagine you are blowing magic bubbles into the morning air.

Each bubble carries a giggle,

A chuckle,

Or a big happy laugh.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you breathe out,

Imagine a bubble floating away,

Filled with your happiest laugh.

Now let yourself laugh just a little.

Maybe a soft hehehe,

A tiny hahahaha,

Or a big joyful hohohoho.

Feel the bubbles lifting your heart higher and higher.

The more you laugh,

The lighter you feel,

Like you could float with the bubbles into the bright blue sky.

Take another deep breath,

Smile wide,

And let yourself feel the magic of your laughter waking you up.

My laughter is magic,

I bring joy to the world.

Imagine you are blowing colorful bubbles with your breath,

Breathing in and out,

And a lot of bubbles coming out of your mouth,

Filling the room with colorful,

Beautiful bubbles.

The bubbles also feel funny,

And they bring you joy that makes you laugh even more.

Let's laugh together a little bit and wake up our body.

Let's take a deep breath in,

And bubble out.
