Welcome to the Waterfall Meditation.
Get comfortable wherever you are.
Close your eyes and just arrive here in this moment.
Try to have a straight spine so your breath can flow freely up and down.
Take a couple of deep breaths into the bottom of your belly in your own rhythm.
Just arrive here in this moment in your body,
In your breath.
Your breath is a powerful tool to arrive in the here and now by just observing,
Following each breath,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Close your eyes.
Can you feel how your eyes are trying to slow down?
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Imagine that you are sitting behind a waterfall right in the cave of the waterfall.
It's a beautiful waterfall,
The light sunlight shines brightly in that cave.
And you feel very comfortable breathing in and out.
How does your waterfall look like?
Try to really visualize yourself behind the waterfall and invite your breath to join you.
Imagine how different colors of the rainbow are wandering down your face.
Crystals in the waterfall that make the water shine in all different colors.
How do you enjoy this feeling on your closed eyes of different colors?
Wandering over your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your body,
Skin.
Your ears like a massage,
A massage for your face,
Your mind,
Your body.
You take a deep breath in and really arrive here in this moment behind the waterfall.
You feel comfortable feeling the millions of little water drops around you on your skin.
There's water mist in the air all around you and you soak it in.
You're noticing water drops in all shapes and sizes and you are immersed in a world of sound,
Sight,
Smell and feel.
You are breathing in and out and you can feel that you are slowing down.
What can you observe within you?
Can you feel your mind slowing down,
Your breath slowing down?
Can you feel your heartbeat?
Imagine the sound of the water that is coming down from this beautiful waterfall.
Imagine the smell of the water that is coming down the waterfall.
Imagine the sight and feel of this beautiful waterfall.
Bring your visualization to your eyes.
See the beautiful water with your inner eyes.
See this beautiful water coming down the waterfall.
Water drops in all shapes and sizes caressing you,
Touching you on the way down to the pool of the waterfall.
Washing away your thoughts and worries and tensions.
It feels like a massage for your eyes,
For your skin,
For your whole body.
Can you feel the massage of that running water down your face massaging you?
Look again right in front of you.
You see this natural stream of flowing water down from the top to the bottom.
Let it carry away all your thoughts and worries,
Tensions that don't serve you anymore.
Imagine how this gentle stream of water is feeling over your face,
Your skin,
Your eyes.
Water flowing and massaging you gently.
You feel your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your mouth.
Let your jaw drop down.
Again,
Imagine the different colors of the rainbow that are wandering down your face.
You feel comfortable,
Refreshed,
Energized.
You pay your gratitude to the water and you want to leave a little gift.
You see a flower that was also in the cave of the waterfall.
And you say thank you for the flower,
For the waterfall,
For this moment.
And I want to leave you with an ancient proverb that says,
Don't push the river,
It flows by itself.
We can play this active part,
Be medicine for our own needs,
For ourselves.
And we can practice letting go.
Just following your own breath,
Breathing in and out.
Wake up your inner medicine by being here for yourself and present to your needs.
Receiving your own presence,
Your own medicine.
Water helps us to awaken that capacity.
Elevates our vibration.
Thank you for joining this little waterfall meditation.
