Welcome to this Yoga Nidra session,
Where we focus on the healing energy of Flow Racket.
Get comfortable,
Lie down on your back,
Your feet hip distance away from each other,
Your arms next to you,
A little bit away from your body,
And your palms facing up.
Close your eyes and allow yourself to fully surrender to this experience.
We begin by becoming aware of our breath.
Feel how you calmly inhale and exhale,
Allowing your breath to unfold naturally,
Without any effort.
Now bring your attention to your body.
Feel its contact with the ground and allow yourself to relax completely.
Trust that you've chosen the right Yoga Nidra,
That you are exactly where you're supposed to be,
And this upcoming moment is just for you.
Imagine a warm soothing glow of energy flowing through your body.
This energy arises from the flower agate,
The crystal of growth and passion.
It has a grounding energy while offering a gentle and reassuring presence.
Let this energy flow through your body as you're relaxing deeper and deeper.
Let us now begin with a rotation of consciousness through your body.
Bring your awareness to your right thumb,
Right index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
And pinky.
Bring your awareness now to the palm of your hand,
The back of your hand,
Your wrist,
Your forearm.
Move your attention to your right elbow,
Your upper arm,
Your shoulder,
And your armpit.
Bring your attention to your right side.
Feel the softness of your skin.
Feel your ribcage,
How it expands with every inhale.
Feel your hip.
Now move your awareness to your right thigh,
Your knee,
Your calf,
Your ankle.
Now focus on your right foot,
Your big toe,
Your second toe,
Your third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
Bring your awareness to the sole of your foot,
Your heel.
Feel how your entire right side is completely relaxed.
Now slowly shift your attention to your left foot.
Feel the relaxation in your left big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe,
The arch of your foot,
Your ankle.
Now direct your attention to your left ankle,
Your calf,
Your knee,
And your thigh.
Focus on your left side,
Your ribcage,
Your hip on the left side of your body.
Let go of all tensions in this area.
Now focus your attention to your left shoulder,
Your upper arm,
Your elbow,
And your forearm.
Now direct your attention to your left hand,
Your thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
And pinky.
Bring your awareness to your palm,
The back of your hand,
And your wrist.
Now bring your attention to your neck,
Your throat,
And your jaw.
Completely relax those areas.
And shift your attention to your face now.
Relax your forehead,
Your eyebrows,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
And your mouth.
Feel how all the parts of your face relax and calm down.
Now as you find yourself in a state of deep relaxation and connected with yourself,
I will repeat some sankalpas,
Or intentions,
That you can use to empower yourself.
Just see what sankalpa resonates the most with you at this very moment.
Trust that you will be attracted to sankalpa that you need right now.
I pursue my dreams with passion and determination.
I allow myself to bloom to my full potential.
I embrace my inner strength and trust my intuition.
I let go of fear of failure and self-doubt and embrace my growth.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to grow and bloom in harmony with life.
Choose a sankalpa that resonates with your needs at this very moment.
Repeat this sankalpa silently to yourself,
With a deep sense of belief and acceptance,
Allowing yourself to bloom and grow like a flower a gate does.
Now we move on to the other part of this yoga nidra,
Which is a guided meditation.
Imagine yourself in a beautiful garden,
Full of blooming flowers.
Feel the warm sun on your skin and hear the gentle whispers of the winds through the leaves of the tree.
Take a deep breath and feel the fresh,
Pure air filling your lungs.
As you walk through the garden,
You are surrounded by colors and scents of flowers around you.
Feel a deep connection with nature and a sense of peace and tranquility.
A sense of peace and serenity washes over you and there,
Amongst all the flowers,
You see a flower a gate.
It radiates a powerful,
Calming energy and draws you in with its beauty.
Approach the flower a gate and take some time to examine it up close.
Feel the healing energy and feel a deep connection with its properties of growth,
Passion,
And protection against fear and self-doubt.
Take a moment to think about the dreams you have,
The passions you have,
And ask yourself why you're not following them.
What limiting beliefs are stopping you from pursuing your dreams?
Are you currently in an environment that helps you bloom,
That encourages you?
What are the steps you can take today to follow your dreams,
To really feel and live towards your full potential?
What is the flower a gate trying to tell you?
What supports do you have in your daily life?
Just feel what comes up for you.
Try to connect with the passions you have,
The dreams you have.
As you're standing there in the garden,
Allow yourself to fully immerse in the energy of flower a gate.
Feel how it's helping you to grow and bloom into your full potential.
Feel a deep inner peace and a renewed determination to pursue your dreams and to follow your passions.
As we are slowly,
Slowly leaving the garden,
You carry its energy with you as you return to your awareness.
Now slowly,
Slowly bring your attention back to your breath and feel yourself slowly awakening from your meditative state.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and take some deep breaths to bring yourself back to here and now.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to ground yourself and feel how you now feel.
Pay attention to yourself after this deep relaxation and connection with the flower a gate.
Thank yourself for taking this time for self-care and reflection and remember that you can always return to the healing energy of the flower a gate when you need it.
