My name is Nathalie and I would like to invite you to find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes gently and begin to take deep,
Calming breaths.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Allowing your chest and belly to expand fully and exhale slowly through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension or stress.
Inhaling through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Feel yourself becoming more relaxed with each breath.
Allow your body to sink into the surface beneath you,
Feeling supported and at ease.
Let your mind settle and bring your awareness to this present moment.
Today we are embarking on a journey to connect with the spirit and energy of the elephants.
Elephants are magnificent creatures,
Known for their wisdom,
Strength and deep family bonds.
They embody qualities of patience,
Empathy and resilience.
Elephants have always been my spirit animal and I feel a profound connection to their gentle and powerful presence.
Their ability to remember,
To nurture and to live harmoniously with their environment inspires me deeply.
As we journey together today,
I invite you to open your heart and mind to the collective wisdom of the elephants.
Now imagine yourself standing on a lush savannah at sunrise.
The sky is painted with orange and pink and the air is fresh.
As you look around,
You notice the vast open space around you,
Tall grasses and ancient trees.
In the distance,
You see a majestic elephant slowly making its way towards you.
Feel its powerful yet gentle presence as it approaches.
Notice the way the earth seems to resonate with each step it takes,
Grounding you in this moment.
As the elephant comes closer,
Take a moment to observe its features.
See its large,
Kind eyes that seem to hold the wisdom of the ages.
Notice the patterns of its skin,
Each wrinkle telling a story of experience and endurance.
Feel the energy of the elephant surrounding you,
Like a warm embrace.
Imagine its strength and stability anchoring you,
Filling you with a sense of security and calmness.
Allow yourself to be surrounded by its presence.
Allow yourself to feel grounded.
Allow yourself to feel at peace.
Now tune in to the collective energy of elephants,
Tapping into their ancient wisdom.
Imagine the vast herds that roam the earth,
Moving gracefully in harmony with nature.
Feel the interconnectedness of the herds,
The unspoken bonds of family and community that holds them together.
As you attune to this collective energy,
Reflect on the qualities that elephants embody and consider what they can bring to your life.
Elephants teach us patience,
Encouraging us to move through life with a steady and deliberate pace.
They remind us of the importance of empathy,
Showing us how to be compassionate towards ourselves and others.
