Deep Release Cord Cutting Meditation

This guided meditation helps you perform a deep release of negative cords from this lifetime and past lifetimes, and of weights and burdens holding you back, preventing you from achieving your full potential. With the aim to feel lighter, clearer, and freer after listening.

Close your eyes and start to focus on your breathing.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

Just breathing in a relaxed way,

Following the flow.

With each in-breath,

You're inhaling that divine life force energy.

And with each exhale,

You're completely letting go of all worries,

Anxieties,

And tension.

With each exhale,

Feel your muscles becoming a little softer,

Sinking,

Relaxing,

Becoming a little heavier as you let go.

You're observing each breath as it flows,

Without judgment or concern.

Just becoming mindful of each breath,

Connecting with the flow,

Becoming the breath as it flows,

Easily,

Softly,

And rhythmically.

And as you're breathing,

You're letting go.

You're becoming more into the present moment.

Really becoming aware of your physical self,

Your respiratory system.

Maybe your breath is becoming naturally deeper with each inhale.

And your exhales are becoming slower and fuller,

Emptying more.

Just following your breath,

Relaxing into your breath,

And letting your body sink,

Relax,

And let go,

As you open to the angelic realms.

Your guardian angel,

Who is with you for your entire lifetime,

Now stands before you,

Holding a beautiful,

White,

Shimmery ball of light above your head.

It's huge,

Much larger than the width of your shoulders.

This ball of light is to cleanse and purify your aura and all its layers.

And your guardian angel starts to lower this white ball down over your head,

Sinking through your brain,

Your eyes,

Your nose and ears,

Mouth and jawline,

Sinking over your neck,

Over your shoulders,

Down over your torso,

Your upper chest,

Your upper back.

As it passes,

It's cleansing,

It's purifying,

It's recharging your energy,

As it sinks over your elbows,

Down to your fingertips,

Over your stomach and lower abdomen,

Middle back,

Lower back,

And it sinks and passes over your pelvis,

Your hip joints,

Down your thighs,

The fronts and back of your thighs,

Going deep into your knees,

Cleansing,

Purifying,

Dissolving any stuck energy as it sinks lower,

Past your shins and calves,

Over your ankles and into the tips of your toes,

So that you are completely enveloped,

Protected,

This beautiful white cocoon of angelic energy that has cleansed your aura,

Your body,

Of the day and the week you've just had.

Now you see in your mind's eye,

Your guardian angel taking your hand and guiding you down a golden path.

This path is meandering gently through a sun-filled forest.

The sunlight is coming in through the leaves.

There are flowers and bushes of all varieties.

You may see animals or birds as you walk.

The golden path eventually leads you to a cave,

An opening deep in the forest.

This is a cave to your inner psyche,

Your soul depths,

Your soul experiences as a human,

Through all the many incarnations you've been through.

Your guardian angel is leading you to this cave to examine and explore what's holding you down,

What's holding you back at this moment in your life.

As you walk up to the cave entrance,

You can see a well-lit passageway going deeper into the cave.

You enter this passageway with your guardian angel by your side.

As you walk further in,

You start to hear the sound of water falling.

You soon see a sheet of water streaming down through another opening in the cave.

This is an emotionally cleansing waterfall,

A spiritual waterfall.

Your guardian angel asks you to step into this waterfall and just allow the water,

The spiritually charged cleansing water,

To shower down over you.

It may feel like you're under a rain shower as the water cascades over your head,

Into your chakra column,

Over your shoulders,

Running down your arms and hands.

It flows over your torso,

Your back.

It runs down over your hips and legs,

Over your feet,

Going below your feet to cleanse and purify,

So that you're standing in an ankle-deep puddle of divine cleansing water.

Let this crystal clear and pure water wash over you.

You may bow your head forward so it can easily access the back of your neck,

Or you may wish to place your head back and open your mouth,

Letting the divine water cascade over your face,

Into your throat,

Cleansing and clearing that particular chakra.

We'll stay a moment here in this waterfall to allow the cleansing to take place,

As well as to realign you and strengthen your alignment with all that is.

And now,

Taking a deep inhalation and exhalation,

Letting go.

You now step out of the waterfall to the other side,

Where your guardian angel is waiting for you,

Handing you new clothes,

New clean white clothes to wear,

As your old ones have been washed off your body.

After you've put these new clothes on,

You now notice that you and your angel are in a beautiful garden.

You both walk further into this garden,

Your personal garden.

It can be as big or as small as you like,

And look however you prefer it to.

It can be as wild and untamed as a natural setting,

Or manicured with furniture.

Your garden should look as you prefer it to be.

It's your choice how to cultivate your garden.

Take a moment now to wander around and explore your garden.

And now your guardian angel is guiding you further on,

Deeper into the garden,

Further into a clearing,

A little bit of an emptier space,

Where we now call upon Archangel Michael of the Highest Light.

He stands there waiting for you,

As you and your angel walk closer to him,

Until you're standing in front of Archangel Michael.

He invites you to stand beside him,

And now Archangel Michael and your Higher Self send out a call to the Universe,

In this lifetime and past lifetimes,

For all individuals that are courted into,

That are not for your highest good,

To come into this clearing in the garden now.

If they're courted in,

They don't have far to travel,

And many may just appear,

Having been hidden within your auric layers and etheric mucus for years or lifetimes.

By them willingly appearing before you,

The time is now right for these cords to be cut.

These are only burdensome and toxic cords.

We never cut the cords of love.

These individuals that have come into the clearing could be living or those who have passed on.

You may notice this area has filled up with many individuals,

Or just a few.

It's all individual to you,

And all ready to be released right now.

We now ask Archangel Michael of the Highest Light to please use his golden sword to cut all the cords,

Remove all the hooks,

And unwind all tangled rope where it originates from your aura and body,

As well as from the other individual.

As he so removes these ties that have been binding you,

He places them in the divine fires of transmutation to be dissolved.

And at the same time,

Archangel Michael's team of angels are filling in the spaces where these cords were attached with their beautiful whitish gold to shimmery angelic energy,

Healing those areas and removing all voids.

We will pause a moment to allow Archangel Michael and his angels to do this work.

As Archangel Michael finishes his work and disconnects you from these entities and individuals,

They disappear from the clearing,

From the garden,

From your personal energy.

And you may repeat this at any time until this clearing is empty from people cording negatively into you.

And now taking a deep inhalation and exhalation,

Letting that energy go.

We now call in your personal spiritual team that's with you throughout this lifetime.

We call in your own clearing angels,

Clearing dragons,

Clearing deities,

And guardian spirits from the highest light of God and your own field of infinite possibilities.

We call them in now to come to your aid to further clear your energy of all alien implants,

Negative entities,

Etheric mucus,

Negative clouds,

Negative thought forms,

Belief systems from this life,

From this universe,

Or any other,

From all levels,

From your physical,

Emotional,

Mental,

And spiritual bodies.

Say inside your head or out loud these words,

I command that these items,

These beings be released now.

We ask your angels that have been with you in all your past lifetimes and are still with you now to send their healing light and energy back along your timelines,

Smoothing,

Clearing energetic stickiness,

Energetic emotional trauma that's affecting this life.

The angels are smoothing out any spikiness,

Any tiny remnants of traumatic emotions and energy that has come through the timeline,

The universe,

Dimensions.

We'll pause a moment to allow your team to clear these things now.

We thank your team as they move aside now,

Staying near but never leaving you.

And now taking a deep inhalation and exhalation letting that energy go.

And now you will see that Archangel Michael has placed a humongous mirror in front of you.

It's massive,

Extending several feet above your head and several feet to the right and left sides of you.

He asks you to look at yourself now without judgment in the mirror.

You can see your whole body and space around it.

We now ask your higher self to show you in the mirror any dark spots,

Energetic,

Emotional or mental burdens that might be clinging to your aura or body.

Look in the mirror and observe what appears.

It may look like black smoke or sludgy material or represent as a stick or iron spear or just a blob.

There's no right or wrong.

Whatever you see or sense is individual to you and your path.

If you see or sense nothing,

That's okay too.

Trust that energetically your higher self is highlighting these areas.

As we now ask your clearing angels to clear away these burdens,

Blobs,

Energies.

Just lifting them right out of your aura and personal fields and placing them into the divine fires of transmutation to dissolve.

Clearing,

Cleansing these burdens that you don't need to carry any longer.

Give permission in your head or out loud to your higher self and clearing angels that you are ready to let these things go.

We'll allow them time now to do this clearing which you can visualize or just affirm I release all that no longer serves me so be it.

And now taking a deep inhalation and exhalation letting that energy go.

And now that we have cleared so much of your aura,

Your fields,

Your physical body your energetic body,

We now ask God and your own guardian deities your angels,

Dragons,

Spirit guides to pour down the strong and powerful I AM energy and light through your physical body and all of your auric layers filling it with the same divine energy that is within your divine spark filling you with absolute love wisdom,

Confidence clarity,

Healing letting this energy flow into you into your core,

Your chakras extending outward into your auric bodies flowing down beneath you connecting and grounding you into Mother Earth this energy continues down your past life timelines refreshing,

Cleansing and recharging you just allow this energy to course down through you and throughout you and around you allow it to come in now as you are now glowing and emanating the purest divine light,

Your own light your own inner light you are shining and pure and true to yourself no longer burdened by others cords expectations ties that bind and now taking a deep inhalation and exhalation feel this beautiful divine energy coursing through you and we thank all the angels archangels,

Spirit guides,

Dragons guardian deities,

All who have come in today to help us clear and release you may feel called to journal or cry or release other emotions in the coming hours or days this is just the releasing process continuing just allow it and let it go and now your guardian angel once again takes your hand guiding you back through the clearing into your personal garden walking back slowly,

Back to the cave where the waterfall is flowing and you are passing through the waterfall this time without getting wet and you are coming out of the cave entrance on the other side walking down the little passageway back to the opening into the sun filled forest back onto the golden path you walk with your guardian angel leading you back back to where you started physically to your physical self as you walk closer to your physical body you can start to pull in your awareness becoming aware of the room you are in what you are lying on or sitting on taking a few deep breaths to come back into the present moment back into the earth,

The now and your guardian angel assists by pushing your energetic self back in back into your crown and pulls your roots from your tailbone grounding you into the here and now and as you are fully back now you can start to move your body stretch or just wiggle your fingers and toes whatever you need to do to come fully back into your physical self and whenever you are ready you can open your eyes clearer,
