Imbalances in this vital energy center can manifest as excessive control, authority, and manipulation over your environment and people. Deficient or blocked solar plexus chakras may lead to feelings of helplessness, low self-esteem, and a lack of clear direction, purpose, or ambition. The main function of this energy center is to provide the actual momentum needed to move forward and realize your full potential. This guided meditation is helpful in balancing this chakra to enhance your self-confidence and assertiveness, and align your personal and professional aspirations. Close your eyes and just start to focus on your breathing.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in and out.
Maybe starting to go a little deeper with each breath.
Just focusing on the breath.
Just following the breath.
Breathing in the divine life force energy.
And with each exhale,
Letting go of all worries,
Anxiety,
And tension.
And continuing to breathe,
Observing each breath as it flows in and out,
Without judgment.
Just noticing each individual breath as it flows in and out.
And your breath will naturally start to become soft,
Rhythmic,
Just flowing easily.
And you can feel the softness of your physical body as it relaxes and releases tension with each breath.
Allow your physical body to become heavier,
And just letting go.
Now direct your attention,
Your breath,
Into your feet.
Feel your feet being comfortable and heavy.
Just relaxing them,
Letting them fall where they may.
And imagine roots going down from your feet,
Down to the earth,
Grounding you deep to the center of Mother Earth.
And Mother Earth,
In return,
Sends up liquid gold through your roots.
This gold is divine energy,
Healing,
Wisdom,
And love.
Allow this gold energy to come up your roots,
Up through the bottom of your feet,
Into your toes,
Into your shins,
And your knees.
And the gold is flowing into your thighs,
Into your hips,
Filling up your hip joints,
Your abdomen,
Just shimmering through your whole digestive system.
Flowing up into your solar plexus,
Relaxing it.
And it continues to flow up to your ribcage,
Your lungs,
Your heart.
And this golden energy shimmers as it covers your body,
Now up into your collarbone,
Flowing through your neck,
Relaxing your neck.
And it flows down your arms,
Through the elbow joints,
To your wrist joints,
Into your fingers,
And it's soothing and mellowing.
And now flowing up from your neck into your jaw,
Relaxing your jaw.
Flowing over your face,
Relaxing your cheeks,
Your eyes,
Your forehead.
It flows into your ears,
Over the top of your head.
Everything this golden energy touches instantly relaxes,
And it flows over the back of your head,
Into your pineal gland,
Cleansing and activating.
As your whole body is shimmering with this golden energy,
It's not only relaxing your cells,
But also recharging them,
Infusing them with divine love,
Wisdom,
And healing.
Just feel this golden energy pulsating,
Flowing through you,
Aligning you.
And now,
As a first level of clearing,
We're going to call upon the golden,
Silver,
And violet flame dragons to come in now to each of us,
And swirl around you using their flames,
The golden flames,
The silver flames,
The violet flames,
Cleansing away everything in your aura that is no longer serving you.
Clearing away all auric debris,
Any energies and emotions that are not yours,
Your own negative emotions that are ready to be released.
Clearing away imprints that are not serving you,
Clearing away burdens,
Energetic burdens that you may be carrying.
Just envision yourself completely encased in their loving flames.
These flames are transmuting the old,
The old energy,
The old belief systems that are just dragging you down.
And as they burn and transmute,
They leave behind a wonderful energy of purity and healing.
It's almost a translucent energy with sparkles in it,
Just leaving you clear,
Clearing the mental body of your aura,
Clearing the emotional body of your aura,
Clearing the physical part of your aura,
Your body,
And clearing away the spiritual,
Particularly around the crown chakra,
And just clearing away,
Opening,
Strengthening your connection to the angelic realm,
To the spirit realm.
Just allow them to do a little bit of more work before we move on.
And as they finish the last bits,
The last debris from within your energy field,
We thank these gold and silver violet flame dragons who also work with Archangel Zadkiel and Saint Germain as they move off now.
We now call upon Archangel Uriel.
He comes to stand before you right now.
His energy is a golden energy,
And you may sense or feel that majestic golden light that he radiates outwards.
As he smiles lovingly at you and comes closer to your energy,
To your body,
You see he's holding a golden key in his hand.
It looks like one of those old-fashioned keys.
He extends it towards you and uses it to unlock your solar plexus chakra.
This chakra is at your stomach area,
The front and the back,
Between your kidneys.
This key goes into your solar plexus chakra,
And as he turns it,
He unlocks the first defense that you're holding there.
This is that first tightness you may feel when stressed or anxious or angered.
You see the emotions that trigger us are held here in this first layer,
And he's now unwinding,
Undoing and dismantling this energetic vice that's held around your torso with these energies,
With these emotions.
He's unwinding it from your entire body,
From the front to the back.
Sometimes this tightness inhibits our breathing and stops our attempt to truly relax and let go.
So as he unwinds this tightness,
You may feel more room,
Space in your diaphragm.
He's taking off this energy,
Putting it into the fires of transmutation.
As he unwinds,
Uncoils this from your torso,
From your energetic body,
Because what is in our chakras extends outward into our aura.
Just allow him to undo this now,
Clearing it off.
Maybe doing it in one roll or in pieces,
And as he takes it off,
He puts it in the fire.
You may feel your solar plexus or your stomach clenching and unclenching as he does this,
Or you may not.
The work is still being done,
Whether you feel it or not.
And as he's taken off these binds,
The ties that bind,
He's now placing an angelic warming plate.
You can imagine it like a dinner plate at the front of your solar plexus chakra in the back.
This is the heat of his golden energy to soothe and relax this area that held the tightness.
This warming energy is further helping to release the tension in this energy center,
Softening and dissolving any residual tightness.
And as he leaves these plates there to continue to dissolve and warm and soften,
He encourages you now to take a deep inhalation,
Feeling perhaps more lightness or openness in your diaphragm,
And an exhalation.
He reminds you the next time you may feel triggered to something that would normally cause you tension to take that deep breath in,
And an exhalation out.
Just allowing the energy to flow instead of holding it compacted here.
And now taking another deep inhalation,
And exhalation.
Archangel Uriel now uses his golden key to unlock the next layer of your solar plexus chakra.
This lock goes a little bit to the right side of the chakra,
All the way to the back,
Opening up your liver,
Kidneys,
Adrenal glands.
As these organs remove toxicity and waste from your physical body,
The adrenal glands releasing cortisol when you're under stress,
His key opens up these organs to angelic healing,
Flowing into the kidneys,
Into the liver,
Into the adrenal glands,
Cleansing away,
Transmuting all toxins,
Cortisol,
Any stagnancy or blocks.
This golden energy is just releasing old stress,
Old adrenaline,
Anything that may have overtaxed your kidneys or liver.
And it's flowing out,
These toxins are flowing out,
Out of the back of the chakra,
Directly into the fire of transmutation that he's placed behind you.
And as your organs release these old,
Heavier energies,
They allow the cells of your body to relax and release from their frozen states.
And as this golden energy goes deep,
Deep into the center of these organs,
Into the liver,
The kidneys,
Adrenal glands,
It's infusing them with angelic energy,
Allowing the body's own innate healing to spark into action.
So as this golden energy swirls through these organs,
Your liver is glowing more golden now,
Your kidneys,
Your adrenal glands glowing with optimal health and taking a deep inhalation and exhalation.
Archangel Uriel now goes deeper with his golden key,
To the third layer of your solar plexus chakra.
He's now unlocking your gut feeling,
Your intuition,
That inner knowing that we all have of what is true and real.
Sometimes the intuition is a little bit outside the chakra,
Kind of floating next to you.
And if this is the case,
Archangel Uriel is pulling it back in,
Back into your body,
Into the center,
Into your solar plexus chakra.
He's using golden thread to reattach it securely and safely.
This off-centeredness can happen when we focus too much of our attention and energy on external distractions.
And as he's pulled that back in,

It's like a spark plug connecting your soul self,
Your higher self that is always connected to the divine,
And it's activating your gut instincts and intuition,
Bringing your soul awareness to the forefront,

It extends outward sometimes,
Like an antenna,
Feeling out the vibe and energy of a place or person we may be meeting.
And to keep this spark plug,
This pulsating beacon active and in tune,

Connecting with your higher self.
Just see this pulsating golden light,
The center of your core within you now.
Taking a deep inhalation,
And exhalation.

Much longer golden key,
And inserts it into your power center within the solar plexus.
This key goes deep into the core of you,
Into childhood,
Accessing your core beliefs,
Ones that may be causing blocks and anxieties.
As he unlocks this deep reservoir,
In your mind or out loud,
Give permission to Archangel Uriel to access this energy,
To transmute and remove all deep-seated insecurities,

Any feelings of unworthiness,
Anything that may have made an energetic imprint from childhood.
You may not be aware of everything that's there,

Dropping these energies into that fire of transmutation.
And now he's removing any feelings of unworthiness or emotional trauma from your teenage years,
Scooping them out,
Vacuuming,
Clearing them,
Putting them into the fires of transmutation.
Any feelings of not belonging,
Or angst,
Of not being respected,
Boundaries that were crossed,
He's just draining,
Releasing this all to the fires of transmutation.
And now he's reached these feelings from your adulthood.
These are usually compounded on top of the younger years' energetic imprints,
For things that we hold can often attract more of.
So he's releasing the more recent energies of insecurities,
Anxieties,
Worries,
Anger,
Resentment,
Blame.
Just allow him to take them all,
Put them into the fire of transmutation.
And as he's unloading and lifting these out of your energy,
Just continue to breathe easily.
And within the space that he's removing,
Your natural,
Innate qualities of self-worth,
Confidence,
Courage,
Fill up those spaces where once the negative burdens were,
The negative emotions.
These wonderful feelings of confidence have been pushed away,
Smushed down,
And allow them now to come to the forefront once again.
Just breathing in that innate,
Confident self,
The capable self,
The one who knows that you can do and achieve anything that you are determined to do.
And these new emotions align you with your highest good and your highest self,
Who knows your life path.
And as he releases the last bits into the fires,
Take a deep inhalation and exhalation.
And now Archangel Uriel is shining his light stronger,
Illuminating you.
He wants to now expose all of the cords that are hooked into your solar plexus.
They may be hooked into the front,
The sides,
The back.
These are energetic cords that are connected to your solar plexus that are no longer serving you from the past.
They may be from family members,
Friends,
Colleagues,
Old romantic partners.
These are not cords of love.
They are cords of control,
Codependence,
Manipulation,
Rejection,
Grief,
Resentment or sadness,
And many more.
As he illuminates them all,
He unhooks them or cuts them from your side,
From your body,
As well as from the other person,
Releasing you both.
He takes these cords,
Places them again into the fire of transmutation.
And as these cords are placed into the fire,
It allows this energetic imprint to fade out of your own aura and vortex.
Having these cords linked to these people make your own energy heavy and overloaded.
So now that the cords are being released and that person is fading away out of your aura,
They may still be in your life,
But the negative cords are being released.
And as these cords are released,
Removed,
Your energy is lighter.
It's allowing your own natural light to shine brighter.
We'll just allow a moment for Archangel Uriel to continue to remove cords,
Only the detrimental ones.
Just breathe easily and allow him to remove him.
As he removes,
You may have set the intention inside your mind to willingly release and forgive those who may have hurt you.
Forgive what they did or what you did,
What was done to you.
Not to condone it,
Just to release your own energy to provide you freedom.
And as he's removed these cords,

Archangel Uriel is now activating your crystalline light body This holographic light body emanates outwards from your physical body and contains all your potential and purposes in this lifetime.
Some call it a fifth dimensional blueprint.
It contains the light and codes to bring your true self forward,
Your divine self.
Archangel Uriel is touching the top of your light body.
It's as if you're standing within a pyramid.
He's touching the top above your head.
As he touches it,
He activates and lights it up.
Drawing up a column of your light from the bottom of your feet up through your core through the top of this pyramid to the heavens above.
Connecting it to the heart of source.
And as that clicks into place,
Your light becomes stronger and brighter.
And then he takes that base of the pyramid pulls it a few feet down into Mother Earth anchoring you and rooting it to the bounty offered by Mother Earth.

Archangel Uriel is going to help you release ancestral cords and karmic burdens from the chakra.
This could be from past lives or burdens from the maternal lineage,
The paternal lineage.
Often karma can be passed down through our genes.
So as Archangel Uriel comes close again to you so that his golden light is merging with your pyramid he's allowing his light to seep into your mental auric field,
Your emotional field,
Your spiritual field and physical self.
Just breathe easily as Archangel Uriel lends his energy into yours helping you open even more He now asks your higher self to show you what ancestral karmic burden you are carrying.
You may get a visual or a feeling or just a knowing or you may hear something.
Whatever is revealed is ready to be released now.
Whatever has come up he takes it from you and places it in a golden cocoon and he puts it into that fire of transmutation to transmute and cleanse and dissolve this karmic burden that you agreed to carry before birth and ones that you haven't agreed.
As he puts that down into the fire of transmutation the impact of that travels back along your timeline and heals all your ancestors who are carrying that same burden.
They are simultaneously healed as you are.
And Archangel Uriel now asks your higher self to bring up a karmic burden that may be emotionally impacting you now in this life.
The karmic burdens that get stuck in this particular chakra are things that diminish our power center,
Our will,
Our confidence.
When we allow our boundaries to be trespassed or our control,
Or we are controlled.
Energy of when we gave our inner power away.
Whatever your higher self brings up Archangel Uriel takes that energy places it in his golden cocoon and pushes that into the fire of transmutation.
And as that's transmuted the energy along that timeline is shifted lifted,
