Clearing away imprints that are not serving you,

Just envision yourself completely encased in their loving flames.
These flames are transmuting the old,

His energy is a golden energy,
And you may sense or feel that majestic golden light that he radiates outwards.

You see he's holding a golden key in his hand.
It looks like one of those old-fashioned keys.
He extends it towards you and uses it to unlock your solar plexus chakra.
This chakra is at your stomach area,
The front and the back,
Between your kidneys.
This key goes into your solar plexus chakra,
And as he turns it,
He unlocks the first defense that you're holding there.
This is that first tightness you may feel when stressed or anxious or angered.
You see the emotions that trigger us are held here in this first layer,
And he's now unwinding,
Undoing and dismantling this energetic vice that's held around your torso with these energies,
With these emotions.
He's unwinding it from your entire body,
From the front to the back.
Sometimes this tightness inhibits our breathing and stops our attempt to truly relax and let go.
So as he unwinds this tightness,
You may feel more room,
Space in your diaphragm.
He's taking off this energy,
Putting it into the fires of transmutation.
As he unwinds,
Uncoils this from your torso,
From your energetic body,
Because what is in our chakras extends outward into our aura.
Just allow him to undo this now,
Clearing it off.
Maybe doing it in one roll or in pieces,
And as he takes it off,
He puts it in the fire.

The work is still being done,

This is the heat of his golden energy to soothe and relax this area that held the tightness.
This warming energy is further helping to release the tension in this energy center,
Softening and dissolving any residual tightness.
And as he leaves these plates there to continue to dissolve and warm and soften,
He encourages you now to take a deep inhalation,
Feeling perhaps more lightness or openness in your diaphragm,

He reminds you the next time you may feel triggered to something that would normally cause you tension to take that deep breath in,

These are not cords of love.
They are cords of control,
Codependence,
Manipulation,
Rejection,

As he illuminates them all,
He unhooks them or cuts them from your side,

Places them again into the fire of transmutation.

But the negative cords are being released.
