The Throat Chakra is an important instrument of communication and expression. It is about expression of yourself; your truth, your purpose in life, your creativity. When we don’t speak up for ourselves, or swallow words that should be expressed, this chakra can easily get blocked. Once blocked, it can quickly affect the flow to the heart chakra below. This guided meditation is designed to gently unblock your Throat Chakra, enhancing self-expression and ensuring a free flow of energy to the heart. Reclaim your ability to communicate openly and authentically, aligning your words with your deepest truths and opening pathways to a fuller heart-centered life. You may listen to it more than once to delve deeper into each layer.

Close your eyes.

Sit back or lie down.

Just make yourself comfortable.

And start to follow your breath.

Just following each inhale and each exhale.

Feeling your lower abdomen expand as you inhale.

And as you exhale,

Your abdomen drops closer to the spine.

With each inhale,

You're taking in that universal life force energy.

And with each exhale,

You can start to let go.

Let go of the day,

The week,

The month.

Just following your breath.

Following the flow.

The natural flow.

And letting go.

Start to let any thoughts in your mind pass through.

Letting them go.

Just allowing your gentle focus onto your breath.

Focusing on the flow of your breath.

Feeling it as it enters your body.

And feel the release as you exhale it all out.

With each exhale,

You're letting go of all worries,

Cares,

And concerns.

With each in-breath,

It's refreshing energy,

Divine energy coming into your cells,

Into your lungs.

And then with each exhale,

Allowing all the muscles to relax and let go of all the worries.

And continuing to follow your breath with your own flow,

Your own rhythm.

As your guardian angel now comes forward,

They stand in front of you,

Here to help you soften and relax your energetic bodies.

They're holding a sponge,

An angelic sponge.

And gently start to clean your aura.

Starting from the top over your head.

Mending any tears.

Soothing any spiky energy.

Their sponge is moving down over your face,

Your ears,

Your jawline,

All over your neck,

The front,

The sides.

Their sponge is moving over the back of your neck.

Soothing and gently releasing any tension in your neck and throat.

And as their sponge moves down into your shoulders,

Your shoulders,

Cleansing,

Relaxing.

They're going down over your shoulder blades,

Your upper back.

Tenderly wiping your middle back,

Your lower back.

Just softening and healing.

And now your angel takes their sponge on the front,

Your torso,

Over your lungs,

Your heart.

Smoothing away.

Healing.

They're going down over your diaphragm,

Your stomach,

Liver,

All down your lower abdomen.

Cleansing away any fears from the colon.

Debris gathered around the intestines.

Their sponge is gently moving over your pelvis,

Your pubic bone,

Your hip joints.

Cleansing,

Healing,

Calming.

And they wipe down your right arm to the fingertips,

And the left arm to the fingertips.

And now they're moving down your right leg,

Taking special attention to your knee joint.

Gently stroking deep into the knee joint where we hold a lot of tension.

And they move down into your ankle,

Your foot,

To your toes,

Under the foot.

And now they take their sponge to your left leg,

Taking special care with the knee joint and the left leg.

Going deeply in to relax and clear.

And they go down to that ankle,

To your foot,

And to your toes.

And under the foot.

So now that your physical body and the layers of your aura are cleansed,

Softened,

And relaxed,

You can open up more easily to the angelic realms,

The angelic healing about to come through.

We thank your guardian angel as they now move behind you,

Standing in their protective stance.

You are safe and secure.

And just continuing to follow the flow of your breath.

Easily and softly,

Rhythmically.

We now call upon Archangel Raphael of the highest light.

This is the archangel of deep healing that comes to you now.

As he enters your space,

You may get a sense of his incredible energy.

Radiating outwards.

He has a wand in his hand.

And with a quick motion,

He flicks onto a beautiful green flame.

It goes from the top of your head down to beneath your feet.

This flame fully encompasses you.

And continues to clear and burn away all auric debris,

All energy not your own.

Dissolving all cords not serving you.

It's burning away any burdens not your own.

As it crackles and burns around you,

It's releasing everything that is not needed for you to carry right now.

It's transmuting and releasing.

And as it removes that layer of energies that may not be your own,

Archangel Raphael is sending in his healing energy onto you and into you.

Like prep work before a surgery,

He's sending his energy into your immune system,

To your lymphatic system,

Flooding your cells with divine,

Angelic healing energy.

So that your cells themselves remember their divine origin.

It can stimulate your body's innate healing capabilities.

He's pouring healing into the locations where cords have been removed.

Where psychic attacks have been removed.

And he's paying special attention to your neck,

Your throat.

Pouring his energy into your throat.

Softening it so that it can open more fully for this healing session.

He's allowing his energy to go in any wounds or energetic scars,

Traumas,

That had an impact on your throat chakra.

And his energy is infusing you with an incredible sense of peace and calm.

And we'll just allow him to do his work for a few moments.

Allowing everything to release and to receive his healing energy.

And we thank Archangel Raphael as he finishes his work.

The flame around you disappears and he moves away.

And now,

However you're lying or sitting,

Please ensure your throat is a little exposed as much as is comfortable to allow the angels to work deeply on you.

We now call upon Archangel Michael of the highest light.

As he enters your energy and your space,

He brings a whole realm of helper angels.

They all shine a beautiful white light onto your throat,

The front and the back,

Illuminating the state of your throat chakra like a spotlight.

His angels now start removing any and all blocks from your throat,

Your neck,

From past lives.

Traumatic past lives can leave an energetic imprint of the emotion experienced,

Especially if there was physical death in this area or punishments.

So Archangel Michael's angels are removing these imprints from your own past lives in all dimensions,

Directions of time.

There may be old chains,

Ropes,

Or just blobs of energy that mask your throat and your voice.

They're removing old trauma when there may have been persecution and transition from this persecution.

They're removing the emotional glue holding these traumas in place,

Lifting them off,

Placing them into the fires of transmutation deep into Mother Earth.

Just allow them a moment to do this as there are many lives that they're clearing.

And as they remove all these imprints,

They flood that now empty space of your neck and your throat through all timelines with divine healing,

Divine communication,

And divine wisdom.

Filling that space with what was,

Replacing it with what is really you at your core,

Allowing you to express your truth,

Bringing it to the forefront.

Just clearing those timelines,

Replenishing yourselves,

And allowing yourself to be a part of the healing process.

The angels say,

If you're listening to this right now,

You have most likely had many lifetimes of persecution for sharing your light,

Your wisdom.

So they're removing this so that in this lifetime,

You can share your light and wisdom without fear,

With confidence and certainty.

And now his angels move to your mouth and your tongue,

Removing past life imprints from there.

There may have been times when your mouth was clamped shut,

Or just removing any and all physical infringements that stopped your ability to speak and communicate freely.

Removing them from all dimensions and directions of time,

Placing them into the fires of transmutation.

They're taking away any things that were around your face,

Around your head,

Just removing all these imprints.

And as it's removed,

They're sending this divine healing energy into your mouth,

Your lips,

Your tongue,

Your face,

Your head.

Just filling these areas with healing,

With lightness,

With freedom.

And now that the past life energy has been cleared,

Archangel Michael and his angels are pulling forward the two ancestral cords that go into your throat chakra at the back.

The one on the left,

Which represents your maternal lineage,

And the one on the right,

Representing the paternal lineage.

They're cleaning these cords of ancestral karma relating to your communication skills.

They're clearing away these energetic imprints of instances when your ancestors have been forcibly silenced,

Or been persecuted and punished for speaking their truth,

For showing their true selves.

They're clearing away all fears of the consequences associated with speaking their truth.

They're cleansing these ancestral cords in all dimensions and directions of time,

Clearing them away so that their imprints don't affect your energy in this lifetime any longer.

As they do this work,

Just continue to breathe easily,

Naturally.

If you catch yourself holding your breath,

Or it may be becoming shorter or choppier from the release of these imprints,

Just gently come back into the flow with the next breath,

Being mindful that it's flowing in your natural rhythm,

Your relaxed rhythm,

With each exhale also releasing these energetic imprints from your ancestors.

As the angels are healing these ancestral lines,

Your ancestors also receive this healing and send gratitude along the timelines to you for allowing this to happen,

Giving them freedom and yourself freedom now.

And they're just continuing to do more work.

Clearing those burdens,

Anything carried in the genes,

Especially if you come from a long line of healers,

Wisdom,

Wise women.

They're clearing away all that persecution from others who had fear,

Just didn't understand.

As they clear this away,

They're allowing your inner light in this lifetime to come forward,

Shine brighter.

And as they finish their work on your ancestral timeline,

You just take a deep cleansing breath,

Letting that go.

And now Archangel Michael and his angels have unearthed your throat chakra as it is in this lifetime.

They've brought it to the energetic surface.

You may see it represented as a lotus flower in the front and back of your neck.

And some of these petals of the flower may have closed over your lifetime.

So the angels are now gently touching and opening each petal of your throat chakra.

If you feel like coughing or burping or anything else that comes up,

Just allow it,

Let it go.

As some of these petals may be stubborn to open.

And for those ones,

The angels are just gently massaging each individual petal.

And allowing them to relax and open.

Just allow them to do this all around the center of your throat chakra.

As they're doing this work,

Just continuing to breathe naturally,

Easily.

As your natural state is with an entirely open throat chakra,

Allowing the freedom to speak your truth.

The freedom of not caring what others think of your truth,

Or you,

Or if anything else.

Judgment is directed towards you.

A fully open throat chakra is just complete freedom to express yourself fully and confidently.

And as they're finishing opening up each petal,

Just taking another cleansing breath,

Letting go of any resistance.

And in your mind,

Ask your higher self to help you keep your petals open always.

As we are human,

We can sometimes close them in fear or panic.

So just visualize that lotus flower at your throat,

Completely open,

The front of your throat,

The back of your throat.

It's vibrating with your inner truth,

Ready to be released.

And as your throat chakra is now open,

Please allow Archangel Michael and his angels to cut all cords from your throat that are connected to your heart chakra.

These may be wounds and hurts from other people.

They may be belief systems,

Or words or names you've been called,

Where the hurt took place in your heart.

These cords may be holding belief systems that you were not worthy,

Not loved,

Not accepted or supported.

And they developed when other words,

Other people's words were spoken to you.

So the angels are now removing these black sticky cords.

They're cutting them from the throat and at the other end from your heart.

Just allow them a moment to remove these cords,

These belief systems,

Or wounds from other people saying things to you.

Just allow them to remove them now.

Some of those cords may have crossed over your lungs,

Placing an energetic weight on them.

And these two are being lifted off,

Removed,

Placed in the fires of transmutation.

And as these cords are gone,

Both your heart and your throat chakra expand in joy and health,

Free of these constrictions and restrictions.

And taking another cleansing breath,

And the angels now go deep to the interior core of your throat chakra,

Clearing away any blockages that formed from your own unspoken words in this lifetime,

Unexpressed feelings,

Moments when you swallowed your words for fear of angering or upsetting another,

Moments when you didn't speak up for fear of being judged.

They're removing all the times you didn't express yourself,

Imprints of panic,

Maybe,

When speaking to a crowd,

All moments when you diminished your own light and power for fear of not upsetting the status quo or someone else's feelings.

They're removing all this energy blockage.

All the times when your power was unconsciously given to another,

Or consciously.

Times when you silenced yourself for self-preservation and protection.

All of these instances and more,

From birth until now,

This present moment in your life,

They're clearing away these energetic blockages.

Clearing them out of your throat,

Out of your chakra and all levels.

Scooping it out,

Almost like black goo.

Placing it into the fires of transmutation.

Clearing them forever.

Just allow them the moments to do their work.

To assist these angels,

Lord Ganesh has now come into your space.

Ganesh is a Hindu deity,

Clearing blockages,

Obstacles,

Anything in the way of your true life purpose.

As he comes in with a full force,

Whirlpool of energy,

He's using his axe to cut and clear away all obstacles from the back of your throat.

Anything inhibiting your voice,

Your expression,

Verbal or written.

Chopping and clearing from your esophagus,

Your windpipe,

And throwing everything into the fires of transmutation.

He also clears the energetic road in front of you.

Any blockages from there,

He's cutting away,

Removing them,

So that all future instances,

All your future paths allow you to express yourself freely with confidence,

Sureness.

As he finishes his clearing,

That same whirl of energy,

He departs.

Placed there,

Usually in childhood,

So it's a little deeper.

And he pulls out those plugs.

You may have been silenced as a child and then conditioned yourself to remain silent.

He's removing that imprint,

That energy.

And as he does that and places it into the fire of transmutation,

The back of your throat chakra opens up even more.

Allowing energy to flow from your spine,

Your core being,

Your inner self.

And he places his illumination through your throat chakra from the back of your neck to the front.

You see his two hands in place there.

The shaft of white light illuminating,

Activating your throat chakra with his courage and confidence,

Infusing you with the ability to always speak your truth,

Infusing the very physical cells of your throat,

As well as all the layers of energy there.

Remember to keep breathing easily,

Softly.

If you feel like expressing deep inhalation and exhalation,

Follow that instinct.

And as Archangel Michael removes his hands,

Your throat chakra remains full of gold and white light.

She's the angel of communication and creative expression.

She comes forward now in front of you and places a clear quartz crystal.

It's shaped like a megaphone.

She places that energetically into the front of your throat chakra.

This crystal allows you to always speak clearly and be understood clearly by those ready to listen.

She programs the crystal to allow your own voice to be heard and expressed.

And she activates this link from the throat down to your sacral chakra,

Where many of your creative ideas are birthed.

And her light fills you with the self-confidence and certainty of sharing your gifts with the world.

She reconnects and channels this chakra to your higher self,

That part of you that is pure knowing,

So that you always operate from your higher self.

And whatever words you speak,

Help those who hear them,

Even unconsciously.

Archangel Gabriel lights up your throat chakra with your highest power and potential for this lifetime.

And you may see or feel your throat chakra shining like a beacon in your neck,

So bright that it's illuminating your face,

Your head,

Your upper torso.

She says you have a voice and a message to be shared with the world in your own unique way.

She's filling you with the faith to do this,

Allowing it to come out in your own timing.

Archangel Gabriel,

Mercury,

The Roman deity,

Comes forward now to stand in front of you.

He's in charge of messages and communication,

Also known as Hermes in Greece.

He's concerned with messages coming to you both ways.

So his presence here indicates you are also capable of receiving messages from the universe and all the highest light spiritual beings.

And he is opening up your ear chakras,

Your right ear and your left ear,

And reconnecting the channels from these ears to your throat chakra.

He's clearing the channel so you can clearly hear the divine guidance that is always being shared with you.

You just have to allow yourself to receive and accept this guidance,

Which is always loving,

Supportive,

And gentle,

And repetitive if we don't hear it the first time.

And as he opens and re-energizes this channel of communication,

It strengthens your channel to ask for what you need from the universe and the highest light beings.

It's opened up,

Widened,

And enhanced,

Almost like a telephone cord.

To ask for what you need and receive the messages you need to receive.
