Clear Your Sacral Chakra

The Sacral Chakra is our centre of feelings and creativity. This is the second chakra to develop as a child when we start to understand our relation to our inner and outer world and decide how we’re going to express those reactions. This chakra is where our appetite for life, our creativity for ideas and projects are birthed. It’s the centre of our feelings and sensations and is particularly active in our expression of our sensual desires. Motivated by pleasure, it’s the driving force for the enjoyment of life through the senses, whether it’s auditory, through taste, touch, or sight. When the sacral chakra is balanced, your relationship with the world and yourself is more nurturing and harmonious. In this meditation, we call in Divine assistance to clear and balance your sacral chakra. You may listen to it more than once to delve deeper into each layer.

Transcript

Close your eyes and start to focus on your breathing.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

Starting to go a little deeper.

And with each breath,

Consciously letting go of all worries,

Anxiety and tension.

Following your breath.

Focusing on the breath.

In and out.

Just observing the rhythm of your breath as it flows in,

In and out without judgment.

Just noticing each individual breath as it flows.

Starting to connect with that flow.

Becoming the breath as it flows easily,

Softly and rhythmically.

Breathing in and out.

And feel the softness of your physical body as you sense it becoming softer.

Allowing it to become heavier and letting go.

And as your breath becomes slower and deeper,

Your guardian angel comes before you now.

Closer to your energy and starts to pour white light over you.

From the top of your head,

It's a beautiful shimmery white light of relaxation,

Peace and calm.

They're pouring this over the top of your head,

Into your crown chakra,

Into your brain.

Calming and soothing your thoughts and beliefs at this moment.

Allowing only divine love and peace to flow into your head,

Down your face.

Flowing into your ear chakras,

Clearing them down the back of your neck.

This white light is flowing down over your shoulders,

Relaxing and massaging your shoulders.

It's flowing down your back,

Soothing any tight spots.

Relaxing the upper back,

Your kidneys,

Your adrenal glands in the middle back.

And it flows down to your lower back.

This white energy is going deep into your spine.

Allowing the cells of your body to open and to relax,

To accept this divine healing energy.

And the white light is flowing over your throat,

Into your lungs,

Your heart.

Softening and healing.

It's moving down into your stomach,

Undoing any knots or cords that are held there.

The white light is flowing into your digestive system,

Your reproductive system.

Flowing like a healing balm into each organ,

Into each cell.

And as this white light moves deep into your hip joints,

Into your thighs.

Flowing down the front and back of your thighs.

Going deep into your knee joints.

Healing,

Soothing,

Releasing anything holding you back from the knees.

And as the white flows down your lower legs,

Fully covering them.

As it flows into your ankles,

Soothing,

Healing your ankle joints,

Strengthening them.

And it flows down your feet,

Into the very tips of your toes.

So that your entire body is glowing with this beautiful,

Divine,

Shimmery white light and energy.

And you're full of divine love,

Divine healing,

And divine wisdom.

And now your guardian angel takes your hand,

Lifting you up to a higher dimension.

As they start to lead you up a soft pink path.

It's like you're both floating on pale pink clouds.

And as you move along this path,

It reaches a mountain.

This mountain is Mount Shasta in Northern California.

And above it is the etheric retreat of Archangel Gabriel.

And this pink path starts to move up,

Wrapping around the mountain.

Spiraling up,

Moving higher with each turn around the mountain.

Up it goes.

And as you rise higher,

You may notice angels.

Or just beautiful light-filled orbs.

Or other light beings moving past you.

They smile lovingly at you as you go by.

You may start to sense more shimmery colors as you get close to the top of the mountain.

And as you and your guardian angel reach the top,

You enter into a clearing.

You can see the peak just above,

Glimmering in the sunlight against a beautiful blue sky.

And as you move further into the clearing,

Archangel Gabriel is coming forward now to meet you.

She's representing herself with a female energy today.

And she now guides you to sit or lie down in this abundant clearing.

There may be chairs or a sofa to lie on.

Or just beautiful green grass.

Sit down wherever you choose.

Once you've settled,

Archangel Gabriel sits in front of you.

And your guardian angel remains behind you,

Protecting you always.

You are safe and secure.

Archangel Gabriel now takes both of your hands in hers.

And places all four over your sacral chakra.

Which is located at your lower abdomen,

A few inches below your belly button.

And she asks you to set the intention now to clear and unblock your sacral chakra.

Allowing yourself to forgive and let go of cords,

Emotions and agreements.

All things not serving you at this moment in your life.

Affirm this intention now in your mind or out loud.

And taking a deep inhalation and exhalation.

Archangel Gabriel pulls back with a smile and eyes full of unconditional love for you.

She is so happy to be here and be your guide during this clearing and meditation.

She moves a little back to give some space.

As we now call in the gold,

Silver and violet flame dragons.

We call them in to clear your energy.

Clear your aura.

And that first level in your energetic bodies.

And as these dragons rush in now in a swirl of gold and silver and violet colors.

They are directing their flames on you.

Starting a few feet below in the ground where you are sitting.

See the whirl of golden flames mixed with silver and at the core violet.

Rising up from beneath you.

Engulfing your legs.

Clearing,

Transmuting all energies and emotions not your own.

All emotions from the past.

Anything you don't need to carry with you anymore.

Give them permission in your mind to clear all this excess auric debris.

Everything that's causing a heaviness and weight into your auric energy.

And these flames encompass your hips,

Lower torso.

Clearing away critical self-talk,

Negative judgments.

And the flames continue to burn brightly as they envelop your upper torso.

Transmuting past hurts.

All defenses and betrayals.

Crisply burning away those energetic imprints.

As the flames reach even higher.

Clearing at your shoulders,

Your neck.

Fully engulfing your head.

Burning away the stress of the day,

The week,

The month so far.

Just continue to breathe in a relaxed way as these fire dragons do their clearing.

Their cleansing and their transmuting from your physical and energetic bodies.

After a while,

You may start to feel some lightness.

Perhaps sense yourself shining a little brighter.

And as they finish their work,

We thank the gold,

Silver and violet flame dragons.

For their assistance in this moment.

As they move away and fly off into the distance now.

And taking a deep inhalation.

And exhalation.

Enjoying this new lighter energy of yourself.

Archangel Gabriel comes close to you again.

Offers you her hand to help you stand up from where you're sitting or lying.

She guides you now to a pastel pink door a little further back in the clearing.

This pink door represents your sacral chakra.

There may be some orange or red mixed in,

But at its core,

It's pink.

As you approach this door,

Know that you and Archangel Gabriel will turn the doorknob together.

Allowing you to enter into the chamber of your sacral chakra.

And with both of your hands on the handle,

You turn it.

And step inside into your sacral chakra.

Archangel Gabriel is on one side and your guardian angel on the other.

As you enter into the chakra,

What do you notice?

Are there any obstacles in your way?

Is there another color you notice?

An image or a feeling?

It's all very unique to you,

So just take a moment now and observe and sense.

If there are any obstacles,

We ask Archangel Gabriel to blast her white light in to dissolve and clear all obstacles and blocks on the first layer of your sacral chakra.

If there are no obstacles,

Wonderful.

Continue to move further in.

Taking a deep inhalation and exhalation.

As you are further into the chakra,

You see a very large movie screen in front of you.

There's a very comfortable sofa in front of the screen.

And you and your guardian angel settle yourself comfortably on this sofa.

Archangel Gabriel moves to stand to one side of the movie screen.

She's going to show you memories to heal and send love to.

Releasing any suffering or anything that has left a negative energetic imprint within you.

With the help of your higher self.

Archangel Gabriel shows on the movie screen your time in the womb of your mother.

Even if you've never met your biological mother,

This was a conscious time for you.

Observe what is being shown on the screen.

Perhaps you get words or feelings rather than a visual.

It's all good.

Just breathe and experience.

If there's a traumatic emotion or sadness here,

Anything except love,

We ask Archangel Gabriel to transmute it with her white light.

Transmuting the scene and the emotions into love.

Only love.

And now look down at your belly button and see that umbilical cord connecting you to your mother.

It's connected to the image of your mother on the screen.

From her belly button to yours.

And Archangel Gabriel is cleaning this cord.

This connection.

Saturating it with the white light of love.

Your mother smiles lovingly at you from the screen.

If you did not know your biological mother,

Your adopted mother smiles lovingly at you.

She is connected to you via the heart chakra.

And Archangel Gabriel uses her white light to cleanse that connection now.

And as the energetic imprint of your mother moves off the screen,

Her energy comes to sit beside you now on the sofa.

Archangel Gabriel and your higher self are now showing you on the movie screen your lifetime agreements between you and your mother.

You as a soul baby chose your mother.

There are no accidents.

See what is being shown now about your main agreement in this lifetime between the two of you.

There may be a harsh learning.

And eventually an acceptance.

Or something resulting in forgiveness.

Or it may just be love.

Just observe and feel or hear what is being shown now.

We cannot clear away soul agreements and challenges that have been made.

But Archangel Gabriel can shower you both with her white light now.

So that you both receive it energetically and physically.

To help you through any difficult times or relationships.

And to bless all the easy relationships.

Either way,

Send thanks and gratitude to your mother for the lessons.

Good or bad.

And as you do this,

Sense your sacral chakra opening wider.

As it connects to your heart chakra in the center of your chest.

Your sacral is opening like a blooming flower.

From there send forgiveness to your mother.

For anything you may have felt.

Maybe feeling unacknowledged or persecuted.

And if you never knew your mother,

Send this forgiveness to her soul.

She will feel it in whatever form she is in.

And now allow that forgiveness to spread within yourself.

Forgiving yourself for words or actions.

Any regrets.

And if you can't forgive your mother,

Forgive yourself even for that.

And taking a deep inhalation.

And exhalation.

We thank your mother for being present.

As your mother now leaves the sofa and the chakra.

Take your attention back to the movie screen now.

As Archangel Gabriel and your higher self are showing you the lifetime agreement or soul challenge.

That you agreed to undertake with your father in this lifetime.

Your biological father.

If you never knew him,

You may still get a visual or a feeling or words.

Just breathe as you observe.

Breathing out any tightness associated with this relationship.

And if it was a well balanced relationship,

Just feel the love flowing between the two of you.

You may get a glimpse of a past life you may have had together.

Or they may be some emotions like aggression or absence or control.

If so,

Ask your higher self to give you clarity.

To understand why you needed to experience these.

As your soul baby also chose your father.

Relax and take the first answer or impression that you receive.

For a large part,

Your childhood experiences have created the person you are today.

But they do not define you.

You are your own sovereign,

Beautiful,

Perfect being.

Who has the capacity to let go.

To release the lessons.

And rejoice in the wisdom and skills gained.

Archangel Gabriel now showers you and your father both with her white light now.

And as you both receive it energetically and physically.

It will help you through any difficult times or relationships.

As well as bless all the easy relationships.

Send thanks and gratitude to your father for the lessons.

The good and the bad.

And now sense your sacral chakra.

Connecting once again to the heart chakra.

And allow yourself to send forgiveness to your father.

If you never knew him,

Send the forgiveness to his soul.

He will feel it no matter what.

And allow that forgiveness to spread within yourself.

If you can't forgive your father,

Forgive yourself for that.

Taking a deep inhalation now.

And exhalation.

We thank your father for being energetically present.

As he now leaves the screen.

And now Archangel Gabriel and your higher self.

Are showing on the screen a scene from a romantic relationship in this lifetime.

Which has impacted you deeply.

Perhaps hurtfully.

Shamefully.

With betrayal or mental harm.

It may be someone you can't seem to let go of.

But is no longer in your life now.

Breathe easily.

And allow this person to appear on the screen in front of you.

You're not bringing back any energy.

You're only being shown the energetic imprint that you're still carrying with you.

But is now ready to be released and let go.

And we want to let that go.

So it doesn't affect any current or future relationships in a destructive way.

You may have more than one individual come up from your past.

Just breathe and go with the flow.

Of what your higher self is showing you.

Look down at your body.

See if you notice any cords,

Chains or ties binding you to this person.

Or persons on the screen.

These are not cords of love.

They are cords of either control.

Lack of self-worth.

Shame.

Ego.

Hurt.

Dependency.

Rejection.

And more.

We now ask Archangel Gabriel to blast her white light onto these cords.

Dissolving them at your end where they attach into your body.

Especially into the sacral chakra.

Which is our place for intimacy,

Sexuality,

Creativity and emotions.

And she's also dissolving them at the other end.

Where they're corded into these people.

Allow these cords to dissolve.

To release.

Disappear.

You may wish to thank these people from your past for the lessons and learnings.

And ultimately forgive them.

Only so you don't have to repeat the cycle of incarnation again with them.

We'll pause a moment as Archangel Gabriel dissolves these cords.

And whatever emotions you may feel come up.

Just let them and allow them to flow out of you.

It's a time for release.

And as these old cords disappear.

Archangel Gabriel is pouring more white light into your sacral chakra.

Filling it with self-esteem.

Love.

Acceptance.

Peace.

Harmony.

Balance.

Self-respect.

And absolute confidence of your own perfection.

No one else's opinion of you is of greater importance than your own.

Looking at the screen now.

All these ex-lovers and partners should have departed.

If there are any still remaining.

We ask Archangel Gabriel.

To place their energetic selves in a white bubble of light and purity.

So that the cords can soften over time.

Ready to be dissolved when you come back here.

Taking a deep inhalation now.

And exhale.

We're going to soften the edges of these emotional releases that have just taken place.

And so your guardian angel helps you up off the sofa.

And you too,

Along with Archangel Gabriel.

Walk out of your sacral chakra.

Through the pink door.

And back into the clearing on the mountain.

And the sun is shining brightly and warmly.

With a nice breeze.

Bringing you the scent of flowers nearby.

Archangel Gabriel guides you to lie down.

Your choice as to where.

A grass,

A bench,

A hammock.

Whatever you wish will appear for you.

And as you lie down under the rays of the sun.

Archangel Gabriel.

Is directing the sun's rays.

Over your entire body.

She's focusing the rays like a laser.

Allowing it to nourish your skin.

Your bones.

Your organs.

Veins.

Arteries.

Nerves and glands.

The sunlight is penetrating deep into your physical body.

Right to the very core of your being.

Your cells are drinking up the sunlight.

Allowing it to saturate and heal them.

And as you lift your face to the sun.

You can gaze at it safely with open eyes.

Allowing this divine light into you.

And Archangel Gabriel with her hand.

Takes a sun ray.

Directs the solid column of light into the center of your sacral chakra.

It's pouring into the front and steadily through it.

And pouring out the back into Mother Earth.

This ray is cleansing and clearing the physical aspects of the chakra.

The intestines.

Elimination organs.

Reproductive organs.

The lumbar part of your spine.

This yellow gold energy.

Is just purifying and swirling.

Through this part of your body.

And as it finishes it's work.

This solid ray from the sun.

Is switched colors to orange gold.

Still within your sacral chakra.

And now it's cleansing.

The emotional and mental aspects of this chakra.

Allowing you to feel more comfortable.

Pride within yourself.

Allowing you to operate with integrity.

And inner knowing.

Just feeling this color swirl around.

In that part of your body.

And now this solid ray of sunlight.

Has changed colors to pure white.

Still within your sacral chakra.

And now cleansing and activating.

The spiritual aspect of this chakra.

Keeping you connected to the divine channel.

The divine creativity within you.

We all have a creativity within us.

And as this white sun ray.

Flows in.

And through your sacral chakra.

It's igniting your passions.

Allowing you to tap into this creativity and passion.

And as it flows out the back of the chakra.

Connects you to mother earth.

The spiritual support.

The universal support system behind you.

And taking a deep inhalation.

And exhalation.

Archangel Gabriel.

Redirects these sun rays.

Off of your sacral chakra and back to the sun.

And as she beckons you to sit up.

You are in a new state of being.

A cleansed and balanced essence of you.

And your guardian angel joyfully wraps you in their wings.

Covering you in a bubble of divine purity.

To hold this energy steady within you.

And as you now stand up on top of Mount Shasta.

Gaze out at the vista around you.

The surrounding mountain range.

The blue skies.

The trees.

The huge boulders and rocks.

Many birds that are soaring above.

Feel how everything is so interconnected.

So pure.

So clear.

Remember this higher perspective of the world.

The magical beauty.

The natural perfection of the planet we live on.

And now as you and your guardian angel prepare to start walking down the mountain.

Archangel Gabriel places a golden heart into your sacral chakra.

She smiles at you.

And asks you to remember the love that she has for you at all times.

She wants you to remember you are always loved.

And you are supported at every moment of the day and night.

And we thank Archangel Gabriel.

As you and your guardian angel turn to start walking.

Almost floating down the mountain.

Down the soft pink path.

Down and around this special sacred place.

Winding downwards.

Easily.

Regally.

Passing the light beams.

As you are moving down to this path.

This pink path at the ground level.

And this soft pink path is gently leading you back to where you started today.

Where your physical body is.

The room you are in.

And as you and your guardian angel reach that space.

Your guardian angel pushes your energetic body back into the physical.

Grounding you back in.

Fully and completely into the here and now.

So that you are ready for the next adventure of your life.

The cleansed and cleared sacral chakra.

And you can start to become more aware of your physical body.

The room around you.

You may want to move your fingers or toes.

Gently moving your neck or your head.

And in exhalation.

Know that now your sacral chakra is cleansed,

Cleared.

And ready to flow with creativity.

And when you are ready you may open your eyes.
