Hi,

Here is Nathalie and today I will guide you to manifest your ideal day.

So let's start in a comfortable seated position where you feel relaxed and alert at the same time.

We will start with a quick body scan to calm your body and mind.

Starting from the head,

Relax your forehead,

Your eyes,

Eyelids,

Your cheeks,

Your mouth and tongue inside from the tip to the root.

Relax your jaws and finally relax the whole face.

Now put your attention into your neck and maybe breathe in new prana into this region as we store often stress there and breathe out attention.

Now put your attention onto your shoulders and relax them.

Now focus on your arms,

On your torso,

Put attention into your stomach and breathe into this region 1-2 times as we often store stress here too.

Don't forget to use the full capacity of your lungs and breathe abdominally,

This relaxes your body too.

Now relax your pelvic floor and finally the legs.

Now your whole body should be relaxed.

When you still feel tension somewhere,

Breathe into this place and with breathing out release the tension.

To relax our mind,

We will focus now on the breathing,

Especially on the little breaks between the breathing in and breathing out,

These little moments,

Little pauses between breathing in and breathing out.

Now focus on the short pauses the body is making naturally at the end of exhalation before the inhalation starts and inhalation before the exhalation starts.

By simply becoming aware of these gaps,

The being enters a state of inner quietness,

Of stillness.

Now when our body got more relaxed and our mind more quiet,

We can start manifesting our ideal day.

The purpose of manifestation of ideal day is to have clarity of goal for your day.

Visualizing your ideal day helps you to clarify your goals and priorities.

It allows you to focus on what truly matters to you.

It motivates you as well.

When you start your day with a clear mental picture of what you want to achieve and how you want to feel,

It can be incredibly motivating.

Keep your eyes closed and visualize how your ideal day looks like today.

Think about the major milestones or accomplishments you want to achieve.

Imagine yourself succeeding and feeling fulfilled.

While you do it,

Focus on emotions.

Pay attention to how you want to feel throughout the day,

Whether it's happiness,

Confidence,

Calmness.

Visualize those emotions and how they will manifest in different situations.

If you need,

You can divide your day into several phases with several goals or emotions.

A diary or a sheet of paper might help you at this point to write the things down if you need.

When you are done,

Try to imagine how you are going to feel the next day.

Do you feel exhausted or full of energy?

Did you distribute the energy for this day well enough?

In this step,

Go again through all your main activities of the day and try to distribute the energy and see if you plan maybe too much or too little.

If you need extra energy or courage for some activities or milestones,

Don't be afraid and ask for help.

Ask the universe,

The gods,

Whoever you want.

Gently bring your attention back to your surroundings,

Taking one deep breath.

Slowly open your eyes and stretch the body sensations around you with gratitude.
