That…. Was…. Life changing. I have been suffering from the craziest head pressures and heart issues and breathing issues praying to god for relief. Ive had many family members die to drug addictions. I sometimes suffer with food and mostly I have terrible health issues I’ve tried so many meditations. Of course doctors too. This one was of the most profound healings. It was so deep. I woke up able to breathe through my left nostril. Progress. Will return to this.
