Transcript

Welcome to the meditation.

Please come into a comfortable position where your body can be supported and relaxed.

Then you can be undisturbed for the duration of this session.

And do a scan of your body now,

Starting with the top of the head.

Imagine warm golden light pouring down from the heavens onto the top of the head.

Imagine when this warm golden light touches your body,

That it relaxes you deeply and fully.

It moves down over your face,

Feel the warmth,

Even into the eyes and the sockets.

All of the small muscles surrounding the eyes,

The eyelids,

Let this warm golden light relax you more deeply.

Across the cheekbones,

The soft muscles of the cheeks and the jaw.

Now this warm golden light like honey,

Just seep into the muscles of your jaw,

Down the back of the head and the neck,

All sides of the neck and throat to the tops of the shoulders.

Let this warm golden light penetrate all the muscles of the shoulders,

The upper back,

Into the upper arms,

The biceps,

The insides of the elbows and the outside into the forearms,

Wrists,

Palms of the hands.

Let this warm relaxing golden light bring peace into all these parts of the body now.

Sink deeper and deeper into your seat.

This warm golden light on the backs of the hands and the fingers and imagine it coming out through each of the fingertips and coming back to your upper chest,

Your clavicle,

Your collarbones,

Your upper chest,

Let these muscles relax with the warm golden light penetrating there.

And at the same time,

It's relaxing your shoulder blades,

The space between the shoulder blades and further down,

Following the spine,

The muscles of the ribs on the front and back of the body,

In the front of the body,

The center of the chest,

The sternum.

Let this warm delicious golden light bring warmth and relaxation into the heart.

And just breathe it into your chest.

Feel this warm golden light continuing down into the lower back.

Let the muscles of the lower back feel relaxed as the warm golden light comes around into the abdomen,

The belly,

The soft belly.

Let the warm golden light soften the belly even more,

The tender part of where we are.

Imagine this warm golden light going down into the hips,

The outside of the hips,

Down to the sitting bones,

The buttocks,

The sexual organs.

The whole body flooded with this warm golden light as it now moves down into the upper thighs,

The large muscles of the thighs and the bones of the thighs.

Feel it moving into the knees and the backs of the knees.

Feel this warm golden light down into the shins and calves,

The ankles,

The backs of the feet,

The soles of the feet.

Feel this warm light on the top of the feet,

Into the toes and the balls of the feet.

And imagine this warm golden light coming out of each of the ends of the toes.

Just take a few breaths feeling this beautiful,

Relaxing warm golden light flooding the entire body,

All of the tissues,

Organs,

Energy centers,

The brain and nervous system,

The cells of the body.

And just relax.

And now sense where you feel shame in your body.

It may be a feeling that you can recall,

It may show up right now as a color somewhere in the body,

Or a lower vibration that you can sense.

There's no right or wrong here.

Just trust the process and trust your intuition to lead you exactly where it needs to go.

The shame may be in your face,

In your abdomen,

Even in the backs of your legs.

Just trust wherever your mind is telling you to go without needing to analyze or explain.

And just notice this as a sensation.

And breathe into this space or this area,

Acknowledging that it is here and that it's okay to be here.

Acknowledging that this shame likely comes from a time long ago.

It was instilled in you from someone else out of ignorance.

And that now you can choose to release it with love.

And so just feeling into this space,

You imagine shame is held in the body.

And now I want you to imagine a beautiful,

Crystal,

Clear,

Sparkling water like a waterfall coming into these areas where you feel shame,

Dousing the shame with this clear,

Sparkling,

Beautiful,

Cool water.

Just like a never-ending cascade,

Clearing and cleaning out these areas and spaces where shame has been stored for so long.

Breathe as you imagine this process.

Shame is being washed out of the body.

Let it release out of the body and into Mother Earth where it will be reused and recycled for the highest good of all,

Transmuted into love.

Let this beautiful,

Refreshing,

Crystal clear water continue to cascade,

Clean and clear and release until finally there's nothing left.

There's nothing left but an open space where this old energy of shame used to be.

Take a deep breath in and feel that relief on the exhale.

That that shame is now gone out of your body and that now there's just an open space.

Imagine now in these spaces where shame used to be that are now clear and clean as a whistle,

Just open spaces of possibility.

Now imagine a pure,

Bright white light filling these spaces,

A light so bright that you can't even look at it with your physical eyes,

A light so pure and strong and clear that it transmutes anything less than love on an energetic level as it fills these spaces with the highest vibrational frequency possible.

And it raises the vibration of your entire being now that you are free from the shackles of shame.

Let this beautiful beam of light penetrate into all of these beautiful open spaces that have been created and fill up these spaces now with the highest vibration of pure white light that love will allow in this moment.

And take a few breaths here and let this integrate into the body,

Feeling the difference.

Feel the lightness of being.

And now the last step in the process of transmuting shame is to imagine somebody or something that you deeply,

Truly love.

It may be a family member,

A spouse or even a pet,

Just whatever your mind comes up with now,

Imagine this person or animal,

Whatever it may be in front of you as if they were here right now and feel the love that you have for this person or pet.

Just being in their presence,

Basking in the love that you have for them,

Appreciating them and just loving them for being who they are.

Feel this love inside of yourself and now turn your love inward to yourself.

Turn it around and feel the same love for yourself in this moment.

Feel this loving energy in your heart moving all throughout your body.

See this energy of love and just do the best you can knowing that whatever experience you're having now is perfect for you at this time.

And even imagine this love in these places where the shame used to be,

Loving these new integrated parts of yourself.

And if you'd even like to express love physically for yourself right now by touching your arm,

Caressing your cheek or even giving yourself a bear hug or just saying I love you to yourself,

Whatever feels right for you in this moment.

And take a few breaths here,

Basking in this love for yourself.

You may notice a smile forming at your lips or you may feel your heart blooming and opening a little bit more.

You may want to place a hand on your heart.

And just feel how you feel now as a result of this practice.

Feel the shifts in energy in your body,

In your being.

You may want to take some extra time after this meditation to integrate this practice.

You can do any number of activities like writing or writing with your non-dominant hand.

You may get messages from your subconscious by doing that.

Doing some movement now to your fingers and toes,

Maybe move your neck or shoulders coming back into the body.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly allow your eyes to float open,

Sitting for a moment and a pause,

Feeling how it feels in your body to be cleansed and cleared from shame.

And know that you can come back to this practice anytime you need to recharge these beautiful energies.
