Pools of Light Chakra Healing Meditation

In this soothing guided meditation, you'll enjoy imagery to cleanse and heal the chakras, empowering affirmations, and healing activations.

Transcript

Take several long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

And as you do,

Allow your body to sink into the surface you're sitting or lying on.

Just allow the chair,

Sofa,

Or bed to fully support you.

Become aware of any tension in your body and just let it all drain away.

Breathe in one long,

Slow,

Deep breath.

And exhale one long,

Slow breath,

Allowing yourself to sink into a comfortable state of relaxation.

Now I'd like you to imagine,

Sense,

Feel,

Or otherwise know that there is a beautiful pool of healing water before you.

Beneath the clear,

Pure water are colorful lights with special healing frequencies.

In front of you are gently descending stairs,

Leading deep down into the water.

And you begin descending the stairs until your upper thighs are immersed in the water.

The healing waters are the perfect temperature for you.

You notice that the lights in the water are now sparkling like red rubies.

The red ruby light cleanses and heals your feet,

Ankles,

Your shins,

Knees,

And thighs,

All the way to your root chakra at the base of your spine.

You are a powerful creator.

You are creating health and wellness.

In your inner mind you affirm,

I am a powerful creator.

I am safe and secure.

I am divinely protected and guided.

I am perfect health and wellness.

Stepping deeper into the pool until the water is up to your hips,

The lights in the water turn a soft,

Sensuous orange,

Cleansing and healing.

And you feel fantastic as your creativity awakens and grows even more.

You feel inspired,

Passionate,

And expansive.

You feel joy singing through your veins.

You mentally affirm,

I now radiate strength,

Love,

And joy.

And you allow that love and strength and joy to dance and flow through and between every cell of your body.

And so it is.

Stepping deeper into the water,

You feel gloriously relaxed.

The silky pure water is just above your belly button and the lights in the pool turn a soft,

Sunny golden yellow,

Cleansing and healing your solar plexus chakra,

Activating your power center.

You have a strong sense of self.

You are relaxed and confident.

You know you have the power to transform your world and your life.

That power is activating at deeper levels,

Making you stronger,

More confident,

More positively powerful than you've ever been before.

You now take positive action in every area of your life.

And you go deeper,

Stepping deeper into the water until the pure,

Cleansing water is up to your chest.

The lights turn a rich,

Lush green,

Swirling around your chest and back,

Cleansing and healing.

Your heart is so full of love,

Overflowing out into the world like a strong wave.

And the more love you give out,

The more love returns to you tenfold from so many sources.

And you sink a little further into the pool until the water is now just below your chin.

The water feels glorious,

Soothing,

Comforting.

The lights in the pool are now a beautiful blue,

Soothing,

Cleansing,

Healing.

You speak your truth with compassion.

You listen and communicate well as you sink deeper into total relaxation and contentment.

It feels so good allowing your body to heal and relax at deeper levels than ever before.

The lights in the water turn a deep,

Deep purple.

And this resonates in the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye chakra,

Cleansing and healing.

You see your outer and inner environment with perfect crystal clarity.

You now find that any information you are reaching for is instantly downloaded to you.

You have the right information at the right time.

Everything flows with perfect understanding and with perfect timing.

You are so incredibly relaxed and comfortable that you lie back and let your body float in the pure,

Crystal clear water,

Perfectly supported,

Feeling safe and serene and oh so relaxed.

The lights in the pool are now sparkling like diamonds,

Cleansing and healing your crown chakra.

You feel exquisitely connected,

One with everything around you.

And you enjoy a deeper understanding of all that is.

You feel Source's love flowing in and around you.

It's the deepest,

Most pure love you have ever felt.

Gratitude for this love wells up and overflows.

You are so grateful for the love and for this healing.

The healing is complete for today and so you step out of the pool.

You are immediately enveloped in a soft,

Luxurious towel or a robe or whatever feels most comfortable for you.

You turn and notice a button beside the pool.

You push the button and all the water drains out of the pool,

Taking with it all the things that no longer serve you.

And with a sigh you snuggle deeper and deeper into total and complete relaxation and contentment.

You are now open and receptive to all the words you are about to hear,

Knowing that they are for your highest and best good.

All of your senses are reaching out and embracing the words to come,

Welcoming them home.

And so now you mentally affirm the following.

Today,

I am open to receiving insights,

Information and healing that is for my highest and best good.

I allow myself to embrace and honor my inner child at all times.

I am gorgeous inside and out.

I am worthy.

I am smart and capable.

I am priceless.

I love myself.

I now allow greater levels of love,

Joy,

Peace and abundance into my life.

And so it is.

Now slowly become aware of your breath again.

You might even gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Stretch a bit,

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes and begin your best day ever.
