Very good, thank you. It was helpful to feel the connection with mu inner child But I did think that limiting the age was a bit confusing and seeing myself at a certain age, then to be asked to connect with my first upsetting memory which was a different age, so I.felt mentally I was jumping around a little from age to age, but I will play this meditation again, knowing that I can start with that first memory or change it to a different, unpleasant memory Thank you.
