The resolute soul anthem "African Girl (2012)" launched Afro-Folk singer/songwriter Naomi Wachira onto a completely new path and calling, and she is committed to changing the world by creating music that is meaningful, uplifting, and sustaining. She has released two full-length albums, Naomi Wachira (2014) and Song of Lament (2017), as well as two EPs, I Am Because You Are (2015) and Save Everything (2021). Her captivating melodies and poignant lyrics console and delight people all around the world. She hopes to inspire others with her music, which has been praised for its capacity to uplift people. With Song Affirmations, the intent is to create short acapella songs that affirm the stories we want to solidify in our healing journeys.
