This gentle grounding meditation supports your nervous system when you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or disconnected. Through simple body awareness and grounding, we'll create a sense of physical support and steadiness, helping your system settle without forcing relaxation or trying to change how you feel. This practice is especially supportive if you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, nervous system overload or emotional overwhelm, or if traditional meditation techniques feel too intense. You’re always welcome to adjust your posture, keep your eyes open, or pause at any time. Listening to your body is part of the practice. You may return to this meditation whenever you need a moment of calm, grounding, or nervous system reset.
