Explore MeditationNaomi is a meditation teacher currently completing the certification process, as well as a counsellor and nutrition practitioner with a grounded, body-based approach to meditation. Her work is shaped by training in counselling and meditation teaching, with a focus on nervous system–aware practices, gentle awareness and helping people feel supported in their bodies. Her meditations are especially supportive for those experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from the body. She also explores practices related to the gut–brain connection and feminine body awareness, using a calm, practical and embodied approach. These practices are invitational and accessible, designed for both beginners and experienced meditators. Listeners are encouraged to listen to their body, adjust as needed and move at a pace that feels supportive and safe.
