Gut-Brain Calm
by Naomi Apai
This short, gentle practice supports the gut–brain connection and helps settle the nervous system when you’re feeling tense, overstimulated, or disconnected from your body. Using simple body awareness and natural breathing, this practice invites attention out of the head and into the belly without forcing relaxation. This meditation is especially supportive during stress, anxiety, digestive discomfort, or moments of mental overload. The approach is slow, grounded, and invitational, allowing you to move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
