Just notice it.
Don't judge yourself for it.
Bring attention back to my voice and let yourself be guided back to the experience.
Do this as often as needed and over time,
Your mind will be easier to master and your thoughts won't distract you so much.
Be patient and gentle with yourself.
Now let's begin.
In this super body charge with carnelian energy,
You will fire up your body down to the cellular level so you can feel more passion,
More excitement,
And more appreciation for the work that your body does for you every day.
We will tap into the power of orange carnelian.
So if you have that crystal or another orange or red stone,
You can hold it for extra spark.
Otherwise,
Just envision red or orange light flooding your body and brain.
Stand up and find a neutral position with feet hip-width apart and arms hanging relaxed at your sides.
Shake out your shoulders and allow them to release down away from your ears.
Take a few deep cleansing breaths as you jiggle out and get solid in your stance and relaxed in your body.
Find any areas that are tense or sore a little extra flex,
A little extra stretch.
Now find stillness as you come to a natural breathing rhythm.
If you're able to remain balanced with your eyes closed,
Gently allow them to shut.
Otherwise leave them open if you're more stable that way.
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Imagine there are roots extending from them down through the floor and into the earth below you.
These roots spiral and twist down through the dirt,
Through the rock and through the hot magma layers until they pierce the very center solid core at the center of the earth.
Stand this way for a moment while you feel the power of the earth holding you steady.
You are rock solid atop this solid rock that is planet earth.
Take a deep deep breath in as you envision all that strength and all that stability flooding up through your roots into your body.
Now imagine those roots spiraling back out from the center of the earth and as they're weaving their way back,
They hit a patch of vivid orange carnelian,
A powerful crystal that fires up your passion and gives you the energy you need to go after your dreams.
Carnelian also acts as an engine to rev up your body,
The very body that's now connected to the earth.
Imagine this vivid orange stone exploding in a firestorm of flames and sparks that travel up the roots and shoot up into your body,
Every cell activated and operating at peak performance.
Feel what it's like to be in a zone of vibrant energy,
Elevated health,
Aligned body,
Mind and spirit as this orange energy works its magic within you.
Your body is your home,
It's your temple,
The place you spend your precious lifetime.
This body is strong and capable and miraculous at healing itself.
It overcomes obstacles,
It bends and moves to your will,
It fights invaders to keep you well,
It mobilizes inner armies to battle undetected disease and dis-ease.
It's your haven and your place for rest.
Now feel this orange light warming your body from the inside out.
Your cheeks get hot,
You feel your fingers and toes tingle,
The power of the orange carnelian is purging your body of toxins and giving you the strength you need to release the habits that don't support your health goals.
This vivid orange light burns away addictions,
Melts away pain and it vibrates and shakes loose the roadblocks you've felt to feeling your best.
Now lift your arms high into the sky.
Feel that orange energy radiate from your fingertips sending it out into the universe telling it you're ready to love and respect your body like never before.
You're ready to release the toxic habits.
You're ready to nourish your physical body like the perfect specimen that you are and always have been.
Take it out,
Move around,
