Welcome to this NAMASync Pure Potential Awareness Experience.

I'm Kristen and during our time together,

The goal is to shift your body and brain into a state that brings more ease,

More focus,

More peace,

And more momentum to your life and work.

As you bring your awareness to what brings you energy,

You naturally become less triggered,

Less anxious,

And less stressed because of the biological responses that create this cascade of feel-good chemicals to charge you up and unblock your best self.

As I guide you through,

Know that your mind may wander and your body may get fidgety and that's 100% okay.

Just notice it.

Don't judge yourself for it.

Bring attention back to my voice and let yourself be guided back to the experience.

Do this as often as needed and over time,

Your mind will be easier to master and your thoughts won't distract you so much.

Be patient and gentle with yourself.

Now let's begin.

In this Sodalite stress breath exercise,

You will use a technique to calm the stress response and relieve tension and anxiety.

It's called box breathing or four square breathing and it's used by soldiers and other intense professions when they find themselves in a high stress,

High risk situation.

But you can use it too when your calendar,

Your to-do lists,

And the general pressures of the world have you in a downward stress spiral that triggers that fight or flight response.

We will do the exercise seated,

But you can do it anywhere and in any position,

Even while you're at work or during a stressful situation.

If you have a Sodalite crystal,

You can hold it in your hand or set it near you to focus your attention and intention during the exercise.

If not,

Simply envision a dark blue ball of light guiding you to calm,

Clarity and concentration.

Now find yourself in a comfortable position seated with your spine straight,

Feet on the floor and your hands with palms down on your thighs.

With your eyes open,

Imagine a dark blue ball of light the size of a tennis ball centered directly in front of your forehead.

This dark blue light activates the energy center that brings peace and clarity.

As you stare at this ball of light,

Its energy is absorbed into your eyes,

Charges your whole body with its soothing vibration.

Now close your eyes,

Breathing naturally.

Take a moment to scan your body and see if you can make yourself just a little bit more comfortable.

Make any last minute adjustments to really settle in so you don't feel any tension or friction in your body.

Now I'm going to walk you through the box breath.

First,

Breathe in through your nose while counting to four slowly.

Feel the air enter your lungs mixing with the dark blue light already within you.

Down to four,

Hold your breath inside while again counting slowly to four.

And while you're holding your breath,

Feel your body relaxing.

Then begin to slowly exhale for four seconds as you imagine anything that doesn't serve you all the stressors being exhaled back out to the universe.

And then wait four seconds before your next inhale.

I'm going to walk you through that again just with the counting.

So breathe in through your nose,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it in,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale for two,

Three,

Four.

Wait two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe in two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Wait two,

Three,

Four.

That was two complete box breaths.

Now I'm going to let you repeat this on your own for four minutes.

I'll get you started with the first one and then let you complete the four minutes.

I'll keep the time and you'll hear my voice return when the time is up.

Here we go.

Breathe in through your nose,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Wait,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Wait two,

Three,

Four.

Now continue this on your own and I'll keep the time for four minutes.

One,

As you complete this last cycle,

Let your breath return now to its natural rhythm.

Envision that dark blue light inside you,

Keeping your body calm,

Keeping your mind clear,

Giving you the ease and peace you need.

Know now that your body is safe,

It's calm and it's relaxed.

The blue light continues to soothe you and allows you to get back to your day with peace,

Energy and focus.

You have everything you need inside you to juggle everything with ease.
