None of us know, it's not just you. We are all having an earthly experience and learning on the fly. So you can relax. You can breathe, you can let go. In this practice we move away from absolutes, commitments and answers. We move towards nature, our bodies and our connection with all that is. With love x

None of us know.

It's not just you.

None of us know.

In a society that demands answers,

Commitments and absolutes,

It can feel lonely,

Stressful and sometimes shameful,

Embarrassing not to know.

We're educated,

Experienced,

Functioning adults.

Why do we feel uncertain?

It can feel somehow wrong not to say I am this because it's the right way to be.

I stand for this because it's right and everything else is wrong.

And I am on this path because I know what's good for me.

I know what's good for all of us.

And when we don't have the answers,

Nature and capitalism are poor a vacuum.

We are force fed.

We scroll social media and social media gurus pop up one after the other.

It's the same on the news.

Using emotive,

Evocative language and citing sources,

Some of which are highly credible and some of which are highly spurious.

There's so much content it's difficult to know the difference.

So they use this language and they cite sources and evidence and they tell us what's right for us in life,

In relationship,

In health and of course in politics.

There's a never ending stream of self appointed experts,

Leaders and gurus.

But I don't think they know.

I don't think any of us do.

None of us have done this before and even if we believe in reincarnation,

None of us have done this before in this way and at this time.

So therefore,

If we're all having an earthly experience and we're all learning on the fly,

None of us know.

So I reckon you can relax.

I reckon you can sit down or lie down,

Take a break regularly,

Put your phone down,

Turn off the news and I think you can breathe and drop your shoulders and put the bags down.

You can let go.

You can let go.

In fact,

Let's do that now.

Let's get really comfortable.

You might like to check in with your body and see how your body feels.

Maybe scan around your body.

What can you sense in this moment?

Perhaps twitching,

Aches and pains,

Warmth,

Coolness,

Fizzing,

Gurgling.

You might feel nothing at all.

And what can you sense in your body,

In different parts of your body in this moment?

Are the sensations changing or are they staying the same?

Sensing the aliveness.

You are alive.

You might like to open to a quieter wisdom when you're not sure.

When you're outside or when you're looking through a window,

You might notice and watch wind,

Breeze,

Rustling leaves,

The signs of changing seasons.

You might observe the cycles of nature and you might be open to the idea of that you're part of and connected to something far greater.

You might open to the idea that we are all connected to the earth,

To each other,

To the universe.

And when you're unsure of the path and of the way,

You might take time.

You might let the mud settle.

You might let the water clear.

When you're unsure,

You might place a hand on your own belly or a hand on your own heart and connect with your inner wisdom.

Sensing what feels right for you in the moment.

You might have a hand on your belly,

A hand on your heart and ask.

Explain the situation and explain what you're thinking about,

What's on your mind and ask yourself,

How do you feel about that?

See what comes up.

Open to change.

Open to quiet.

Open to letting the dust settle.

Observing.

Sensing.

Feeling.

Taking your time.

You might be open to trusting yourself a little more.

Not looking for absolute,

Concrete statements,

Judgments or commitments.

But trusting yourself,

Your connection with other people,

Your connection with nature,

Your connection with the universe and everything that is.

To subtly guide you,

Support you and love you on this journey.

May you be well.

May you touch peace and may you know that you are loved.

And thank you so much for practicing with me today.
