So,

Once you really relax,

And you don't always have to cross your leg in meditation,

You can have them straight,

You can sit on a chair and meditate.

The idea is to be totally relaxed.

The more you relax your physical body,

The more time you have to focus on how to relax your heart and mind.

The heart and mind control everything in your body.

So today in our first day meditation,

We're going to try just to focus on awareness.

Awareness.

Where are we sitting?

How are we feeling?

And gratitude.

So focus on those two things and see if we can actually,

Through these two things,

Find comfort in our physical body.

And we can calm the mind and calm the breath and relax the heart even more.

Close your eyes gently.

And let's just bring awareness to the entire body,

Our toes,

Our feet,

Our knees,

Our head,

Our entire spine,

Chest,

Our shoulders,

Arms,

Wrists,

Fingers,

Our neck,

Our face,

Eyes,

Nose,

Mouth,

Tongue.

Feel your ears,

Your head,

And the top of it.

Just awareness.

Awareness where you're sitting.

Today we're taking this space for ourselves to sit on this Mother Earth.

Awareness surrounding you,

Beautiful energy,

Your aura.

Awareness to your heart.

How is breathing?

How is your permission?

Are we going to walk through the body with gratitude?

Just take a moment,

Be grateful for our feet that let us walk.

Take us to whatever place we want to go.

Our legs that make us stand and move.

Our head that allow us to sit and move around.

Grateful for our spine that we can bend and hold the entire skeleton,

The whole bones in our body.

Grateful for our shoulders that allow the arms to move.

Grateful for our arms,

Fingers that do so much work so we can live and survive.

Our arms allow us to help others if we can.

Grateful for our chest that's moving and is breathing beautiful prana.

Grateful for our heart that beats non-stop since the day we were born.

Grateful for our neck that hold our heavy head and make us turn the head around.

Grateful for our ears allow us to hear and receive energy prana.

Grateful for our mouth,

Tongue and jaw allow us to eat.

Grateful for our nose that we breathe,

Breathe and bring beautiful life to our brain,

To our body building a new cell every second.

Grateful for our eyes that through your eyes you can see your spirit,

You can see the world that you are part of this universe.

And grateful for our mind that's inside our head,

Our brain.

Our mind is not in our brain,

In fact our mind is anywhere in your body.

In your eyes,

In your ears,

In your mouth,

In your fingers,

Whatever you feel.

See where your body is telling you as you're breathing,

As you're bringing awareness.

We're just asking for more of attention and just go there and give it that breath to relax it even more.

We're going to come to our silent meditation now that we're ready and we're going to hear the ring go.

As you close your eyes,

Breathe softly,

No judgment to your breath.

Just the way you breathe,

As you inhale repeat the word love,

Bring love to your heart.

As you exhale,

Exhale back love to the universe.

Just the word love.

As you exhale,

Exhale back love to the universe.

As you exhale,

Exhale back love to the universe.

As you exhale,

Exhale back love to the universe.

As you exhale,

Exhale back love to the universe.

As you exhale,

Exhale back love to the universe.

As you exhale,

Exhale back love to the universe.

As you exhale,

Exhale back love to the universe.

As you exhale,

Exhale back love to the universe.

As you exhale,

Exhale back love to the universe.

Continue relaxing.

Just bring awareness.

Relax your jaw,

Your tongue,

Your face.

Just awareness and gratitude.

How grateful we are for everything we already have.

Just bring the hands in prayer and just rub those hands in some heat,

Relax your feet.

Continue soft close eyes,

Put the hands in your eyes and keep looking in dark but you can feel the relaxation for your conscious mind.

Search for nothing,

No attachments.

Everything come and go.

Just relax your mind.

Take deep inhale and sigh it out.

Beautiful bring your hand to the heart center.

May peace,

Love and kindness be always in your heart.

Kindness to your body,

Kindness to yourself and to others.

Namaste.

Thank you so much for meditating today.
